It is a decent book.
Nothing revolutionary or exposing the unknown, no.
It is a nicely structured book that gives the reader organized theory and practical advice.
It was a curious read for me, since I was able to check my, personal, emotional intelligence and management techniques, as well as, the ways I pass them to my son.
I would, definitely, recommend to read this book to each father ;) since Mom are, usually, more emotionally mature and some technique comes naturally to them ;)

It's an ok book. Easily readable. Find the information somewhat basic but well researched. Just expected a bit more.
