I loved this! I was happy Amazon seemed to ship it a few days earlier than expected, so it arrived just in time for a trip overseas, so I decided to take it with me. It's written with a straightforward and interactive tone that made me feel like I was part of a friendly seminar, and this was their take home guidebook for how to implement their suggestions. And the timing was great! I had some opportunities to use their "six Ps" and felt like it helped me interact better with the colleagues I was just getting to know. This one's coming back to the office with me! Maybe even some extras to hand out. I definitely recommend it.
