Argumenta el autor y con mucha razón, que los Líderes de Negocios aspiran a tener un crecimiento sostenible y que muchos de ellos fallan en el intento debido a una Estructura Organizacional deficiente por no estar alineada a la estrategia de negocios.

Su propuesta gira entonces en torno a lo relevante que es el Diseño Organizacional en las empresas y en saber elegir a las líderes correctos que encajen con las descripciones de puestos para cada función. Todo ello teniendo un claro enfoque en las prioridades que dictamina la visión, la misión, la estrategia y la cultura en las organizaciones.

I ended up skimming a lot of it - not because it isn’t good, but at some point I grew a bit awry of biased success-only discussions and longed for more discussion on how real people tend to react to organisational change. Still learned valuable concepts for discussion with my teams and leadership team.
