Kyan is a Little and a professional poker player who comes into the sights of a mafia boss whose son has been losing, leading to a hit being put on his life. Matteo is the hitman tasked with taking him out, but it goes against his code to target civilians, and besides, this boy is adorable, one he wants for himself. So, he sets up fake confirmation of the hit, but now must keep Kyan safe and under wraps while solving the problem of the unstable head of the family before his deception is discovered. Along with being a hitman, Matteo is also a Daddy. He isn’t really looking for a boy but there is a connection with Kyan that is promising for a longer lasting relationship so he sees what develops while keeping Kyan safe — while also dealing with the trouble Kyan can get into with his two Little friends.

This book fits right into Zack’s other mafia stories, although with a different family. We have adorable, bratty boys in need of discipline, protective Daddies willing to do whatever it takes to keep their boys safe, lots of sexy times, dangerous allies, and some mafia action on the side. It’s a couple hundred pages long, but is a quick read that kept my interest. If you like mafia backgrounds, protective Daddies, bratty boys, spankings and cuddles, this may be a good fit for you, especially if you are a current fan of Zack’s books. There are still 2 other Daddies available to find their Forever boys, Faustino and Michael, and two other bratty boys that may become their Littles, or not, but you can count on more action in and out of the bedroom and mafia stuff on the side, all part of an entertaining read.

You might want to make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way. Kyan young, one of the best card shark sharks out there but he learned from his grandfather at 22 he could bluff with the best of them, play like an experienced player who listens to his gut instincts and is a little who loves his stuffie, color book time, playing with his little friends. Matteo is an assassin with a reputation proceeding him. He was ruthless, dangerous, on a good day, deadly every day moving up the ranks with his cousins he knows the risks he takes with his job but being a daddy is close to his heart, and he wants his own boy who understands he will protect him despite the dangers. When the family gives him a target he realizes that target is just a kid playing poker to make a living he questions why they want him dead especially when he knows he can’t harm a hair on his head he checks all his boxes and so he takes him home until he can figure out a way to prove the job was done or figure out why without losing his life but will they figure it out together, will the family explain the why, will they retract the contract for Matteo, and can they find some middle ground that will lead to happiness?

I really enjoyed this book. Matteo, an assassin and a Daddy, sent to kill Kyan, a twenty-three year old Little who's fantastic at gambling, keeping a cool facade (during the game), and reading people. I loved the two of the and liked their dynamic- not just as Daddy/little but as an assassin and his mark. The story was interesting and suspenseful.

'There simply wasn’t an option for him to refuse a direct order. That wasn’t how things worked in the mob, and especially not in the Fendi family.
‘You can rely on me,’ Matteo said. ‘My job isn’t to question. It’s to follow orders. Just like I always have done and will continue to do.’

Why was there a hit out on Kyan? And is there a way for Matteo to protect him from his boss and the mob family without getting them both killed? A great start to a new series. 4 stars

Absolutely exciting! Kyan, is a young card shark but he learned from his GrandPa. He is only 22, but he bluffs like an older experienced hand. He is a man of instincts who trusts his gut. He is also, a Little. Matteo, is an assassin. He's been in the business for decades moving up the ranks with his cousins. He is aware of the risks of his profession, but he's willing to take them. He is a Daddy who wants a Little of his own, but is aware of the risks. There is danger, risks that failue means death for both men. When they meet, it's explosive. Enemies lay in wait until they can make their move. Amazing story about dedication, planning, risks, danger at every turn, unexpected love and more danger. Zack, is upgrading his drama potential. This is the first book in the new Fendi Mafia Daddies series and the series is off to a great start. This is the story of Kyan and Matteo. Kyan is a professional gambler and a little. His best stuffie is a rabbit named Gambit. Matteo is an assassin and is at the top of his game. He has been doing this for over 20 years. So when the family boss gives him a target, it is just another kill to get done. Until he sees his target. Suddenly Matteo's daddy instincts kick in and he decides to save the target instead. This is their story. The book is written well and is easy to read. Matteo turns out to be the perfect daddy for Kyan. He is firm and thoughtful at the same time. I enjoyed watching their relationship grow. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

When hitman Matteo is told to kill gambler Kyan. He doesn’t expect him to be the little that his daddy Dom side has always called for. So instead takes him to safety and figures out what to do about his boss. Kyan though he is scared through the help of his new daddy is able to embrace his little side and also learn to be a little less of a brat. He also has cute rabbit stuffie named Gambit. I love Zack Wishes little books, with strong lethal daddies and adorable but strong littles. And these two don’t disappoint.

Kyan is a gambler in Vegas who is a Little in private. He draws the attention of Matteo, a mob assassin who worked his way up in his family's Fendi Mafia and also happens to be a Daddy. When Matteo is ordered to assassinate Kyan, he brings him to his place and keeps him safe while Kyan plays in his Little space. With Zack's usual snuggles, kisses and spanks, these wo become the best Little and Daddy. I received a copy of this through BookSprout and this is my voluntary opinion.

Kyan is a gambler. I liked how Matteo falls for and protests Kyan. They make a perfect couple. I liked how everything works out and the unexpected surprises.

Great start out of the gate! Kyan is a handful and he keeps Matteo on his toes. If he shouldn't be doing it then that's what he does. Although he is in danger he allows his friends to hold sway. There is some action that needs to be done and romance to be had with a wonderful HEA!.

Matteo is an assassin for the mafia. He's ordered to kill Kyan but he can't do it because Kyan is an innocent. The more he protects Kyan the more he wants him. I really enjoyed this book.

I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing it. Welcome to the Fendi Mafia family. These Daddies are part of an empire. Matteo Fendi is an assassin. He has no lofty goals of running the organization. Something is going on. He has been given a target, but something seems off when he sets eyes on him. Kyan Coole is just a kid making a living playing poker. Why would the mafia need to take him out? Matteo wants to find the answer before he finishes the job. He and Kyan stage the proof of completing the job. Kyan is then sheltered at Matteo's house until he can figure out what is going on. Matteo can't deny that Kyan checks all the boxes. This Little might just be perfect for this Assassin Daddy. I can't wait to see where this series goes. It definitely started out with a bang. Matteo and Kyan are HOT, and I am loving every minute of it.

Matteo is a Mafia assassin who has been charged with killing Kyan. To him, it's just another assignment, until he meets Kyan, a Little, and sees his innocence. Matteo moves Kyan into his home after faking his death. The men start to fall in love but do not speak of it. Matteo decides the Don needs to be taken out. His house comes under attack while he is at the Don's house. Will Kyan survive the attack? Will Matteo rescue Kyan in time?

I enjoyed this story. I liked that Matteo stopped and realized that Kyan was innocent. He could not do his job this time. I liked how neither would speak of their love until after the attack. I also liked that Matteo had family who supported him as well as a neighbo who could help him rescue Kyan.

I look forward to the rest of the series.
