The Simple Art of Letting Go is an excellent book for those of us that are working to move on from our past with the lessons, but without the pain. The author does a great job of presenting a lot of information, but it isn't hard to understand or grasp. I really enjoyed the exercises, and and it is going to be on my list of books that I re-read for refreshing myself on my healing journey.
Great book filled with good information and has self care excercises throughout the chapters of the book. The author also referenced other books that piqued my interest in looking into. This is a book I will be referring back to every so often to keep myself of a positive self care track.
