If there's one thing Terry (aka Foxy) hates most, it's a traitor.
After Paul betrayed his team, he was given a second chance, though not everyone forgave the sexy jaguar shifter. In Foxy's mind, once a traitor, always a traitor, and she refuses to work with him. Even if he is too desirable for his own good.
When Foxy and Paul are thrown together on a mission, butting heads is an understatement. The struggle for dominance brings tension to every encounter between these two. Paul seems determined to keep Foxy safe and she's determined to keep her distance. But with every burning glance he shoots her way, and every husky word he utters, she wonders if he's more determined to drive her crazy with lust than anything else. Her only resolution is to keep her cool, though that's easier said than done, even with her firm determination to never sleep with a traitor.
Going undercover isn't Foxy's specialty, but when Teij says jump, she doesn't even question how high. Infiltrating this group of drug smugglers and finding out who's really running the show is only part of the job. Her first priority is finding her captured teammate, and when she meets Stone, leader of this small organization, things begin to heat up unexpectedly. Foxy knows how to use the attraction to her advantage. Using her feminine wiles in these situations is expected. It's what the Alpha Division does - Get close, get what you came for, and get out. Only, things aren't going as planned.
The secrets are piling up and time is running short, but Foxy's real problem is keeping her focus. Between Paul and Stone, she's having a hard time keeping her head - and her clothes - on straight.

I love this story!
This book picks up where the first one leaves off with the Alpha Division trying to infiltrate and bring down the Organization, which is responsible for dealing illegal drugs to shifters.
When Foxy is assigned an undercover mission the last person she wants as backup is Paul. After his betrayal of the Alpha Division in Shifted Temptations, Foxy doesn't know if she can trust Paul anymore than she can trust her desire of him.
This book is fast-paced with a lot of action and intrigue. I would highly recommend it to fans of the PNR genre.

Loved it!
I started this book thinking hhhmmmm Paul, his not a good guy, I finished it and now think wow Paul is great!
Foxy is a shifter her real name is Terry and both are used throughout the book, depending on what Paul is trying to get across. To say she's a kickass characther is an understatement, she can fight with best and come out on top, her personal life is less than exciting as she keeps her emotions in check, she is loyal to the Alpha Division, that being while she has a problem with Paul the traitor...
Paul as I said I wasnt his biggest fan, but he won me over as the book went on, his very smooth and sexy, he likes a little kink and being in control in the bedroom which proves very interesting when they get together.
Foxy and Paul are thrown together on a mission, they're investigating Stone, yes another sexy, smooth man that you will like even though you know you shouldnt as his the bad guy, or does that add to the attraction?
The attraction Foxy feels to both men is messing with her head and she tries to fight it, but when it comes to work she will do whatever is necessary!
The mission story was as interesting as the love story developing, with action and twists and turns and a few surprises I wasnt expecting.
I did wonder how the relationship issues would be sorted and Im extremely happy with the outcome, no spoilers here.
This series is really heating up and I look forward to reading future books.

Did Not Finish.
I got several chapters in and gave this one a pass (which I very seldom do, and even more seldom write a review about it.) What convinced me to give it up was I guess I'm just tired of "romance" books where the men are jerks and the women fawn over them. Maybe this would have later redeemed itself, but I wasn't going to wait around for it. To me, mutual respect is sexy and Paul consistently disrespected Foxy throughout the opening of the book, first by looking at her when he shouldn't have been, then by keeping her out of the loop in the operation where she was risking her life, and finally by treating her like a naughty child instead of a grown woman. The first book was an ok read, but after this, I won't be back to the Alpha Division.

Paul had betrayed the team in the past and although he was given a second chance to Terry (Foxy) if you were once a traitor you were always one. When they have to work together on a mission they butt heads so much it is almost dizzying as they struggle for dominance and over time she wonders if all his husky words and burning glances will just send her crazy with lust. So she resolves to keep her cool and renew her determined stance to never sleep with a traitor. Working undercover is not Foxy's speciality but as a team player, she does everything she can to infiltrate the group of smugglers and trying to find out who exactly is running the show behind the scenes. As they have a captured teammate her first priority is to find him and when she meets Stone a leader of the organisation things start to heat up as she uses the attraction to her advantage. But things are not going as planned as secrets pile up and time is short. Can she keep both her focus and her head between Paul and Stone straight?
I really enjoyed some elements of this story which had lots of danger and drama. I love these characters!
I love the new plot that goes with this series. It always amazes me how many ways these authors play with their shifters. This one is about dicey and paul. It also has a little something extra thrown in.

What a great read. This book was awesome. Foxy has meet her match and is fighting it left and right. Will she be able to get past her issues to see what is right there. Who will be the next to find his mate? Will they ever sole this case?

Absolutely worth the read. I'm enjoying this author greatly. I have to admit at one point I may have needed Kleenex. Just a heads-up...
I can't wait to see what happens in the next book and what happens with some of the other characters. I'm especially dying to know whose going to bring Teij down to his knees. I might have spelt his name wrong...but damn... It's going to be a great read.

Marie's Tempting Reads ARC Review:
Shifted Perceptions by C.E. Black was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. The cover is stunning, the title scrumptious, and the story itself was SO WORTH READING! I really liked Foxy. She is tough, feisty, strong, and has two world class smoking hot men who can't seem to get enough of her. Paul doesn't try to hide the fact he finds Foxy sexy. He goes out of his way to show and tell her. And boy does Foxy get ticked! But oh how fun it is to watch sparks fly from these two as they seem to go toe to toe often. Now Stone is the other man that was interesting and fun to read about. He is strong, intelligent, sexy, and the sexual tension between him and Foxy is CRAZY GOOD.
This romance had a lot of humor, action, and plenty of extremely HOT sex in it. I was immersed in Shifted Perceptions from the first word and I honestly couldn't be happier with how this sexy romance turned out. Miss Black created a world full of fun sexy shifters, sassy, strong women, and she made sure we got a glimpse into all three characters POV. I LOVED IT!

A really good second book in this series. This series is just getting better.
Terry / Foxy cannot forgive Paul for turning traitor on them but are all her feelings really negative.
Paul fell in love with Terry at first sight and actually turned against his biological ratbag of a father and helped the Alpha Division big time.
Then we have Stone who Foxy is attracted too but he is a bad guy, or is he?
Foxy goes undercover with Paul and Bear as back up and whilst this was a great story with tension, some great kick ass fights, it was also sad to learn how some of these poor people are being manipulated into doing bad things.
We also get no closer to ridding the world of this horrible drug that is killing shifter and human alike.
I also have a very strong idea who the head bad guy is and do not think I am going to be very surprised at the end of this series, which will be awhile as we still have most of the team waiting to get their HEA’s.
Will I keep reading, absolutely.

Welcome back to the Alpha Division and get ready to for another awesome adventure. Terry screwed up and now she is hell bent on proving herself, there only one problem, the boss sent the traitor Paul to keep her in line and that just ticked her off. How can she be turned on by someone who can't be trusted. Paul is determined to make Terry see him for who he really is, and if that doesn't work he will spank her into submission. Enter problem number two, Stone is the bad guy but he makes Terry want to rip his clothes off and lick him all over. Nothing is as it seems and with her emotions going haywire she does not know who or what to trust. This was another awesome story filled with action, drama and some seriously hot sexual encounters so make sure you have a cool drink and some new undergarments handy as your panties are bound to get wet.

Foxy has to go undercover when one of her team mate go missing while undercover. She blames her self for him missing now she's out to make it right and bring him back home. She doesn't want any help and she gets mad when the captain sends Paul to be her shadow and keep her safe. Plus she doesn't like traitors. Foxy and Paul have a lot of heated moment and their both trying to compete for dominance. Then you throw Stone in there the leader of the small origination that Foxy has to go undercover at. Put them together and Foxy doesn't know which way to turn.

OMG, this was so great. There's the most fully-developed characters that invite you into their world. This world could only come from the mind of CE Black. Black is the most fabulous writer who crafts stories that will grab your attention quickly, taking you for a fast moving ride, carrying you on the edge of your seat to the final words. I found myself needing more of her art. I'm now a devoted fan and will follow her career and support her books. Fan-tastic read, CE Black. I'll have another book, please.

Oh Foxy is as sly as a fox, maybe because she is one. She is in a tangled mess when she loses one of her own in an under cover operation and now has to work with the Traitor Paul. Man is she in a pickle of a mess and can not seem to get herself in gear without messing up more. Will she be able to get her mind set on the task at hand or will she continue to mess things up? You must read this series, it s a good one :-) Off to the next book to see what is going on with Sam, Jordan and Alex's wedding

Paul is determined to prove his loyalty to the Alpha Division and to Foxy! Foxy is determined not to trust Paul no matter what her body says! When Foxy and Paul are sent in to do undercover work, the chemistry between these two is to much for them to deny and passion explodes. The only problem is Foxy is also attracted to Stone, the very man she is investigating. Will Paul and Foxy get over their walls and find the happiness they both deserve or will insecurities destroy them?

Shifted Perceptions was a great continuations to the Alpha Division series. I love it when a story has move than just romance and CE Black did not disappoint. This is Paul and Foxy's story but again we get so much more. Apart from the romance and hot sex we get more mystery and adventure and even some heartbreak. This novel was fast-paced, action-filled and full of surprises and I was hooked on the story until the very end. I loved it.

Book two of the series. Foxy is both a gorgeous female and a fox shifter. Paul is a fascinating gentleman, who just happens to shift into a black panther. There are bad guys galore and an even "bladder" female--who happens to be a human shifter. The organisation plays a huge role in this book nd at least the next one. Plenty of action and adventure, with lots of love for Foxy. Great series. Highly recommend.

I loved this book... I hunted it down after reading the 1st Alpha Division series; Shifted Temptations - she kept the book fresh and continued the series faithfully!! The characters I just loved and felt like I 'knew' them!! I will certainly be pre-purchasing any other Alpha Division books she writes!!

omg bad ass book
Wow this book was great as their mission continues foxy is one tuff cookie and can handle her self well and Paul wow he try's to keep foxy from to much trouble but she is a woman. stone man that was a shock for sure... This is a great series keeps you on your toes never know what's happening next loved it if you haven't read this series you should...

FOXY & PAUL! Fool hardy Foxy and ferocious Paul have met their match in each other. I LOVED IT! I love this entire series! I'm telling you this is an awesomely and different series! Not the blah typical every day run of the mill shifter series! Addictive!

Ahhh I love Foxy!!
Foxy is a smart mouthed, kick butt kinda girl!! I loved her and this book. It had mystery, suspense and the sexual tension. It's a fantastic read and I'm officially hooked C.e Black!!
