VERY few books have been able to make me cry and I truly wasn't expecting to with this one, but Oh MAN did the tears flow. Getting a second chance is so rare... and... I just can't spoil it, but... the acceptance and love that this man gets from the most unimaginable place just blew me away.
Great setting, amazing characters, hilarious dialogue, deep emotions, raw drama, and so much more. This book wowed me and I'm not easily wowed! GREAT read. HIGHLY recommended!

Love Reborn is the brilliant follow-up to Love Unbroken, a story about love, betrayal, and loss. Ahmad Dawson is still reeling three years after losing the love of his life, Camille, but a sign from beyond the clouds might just be what he needs to move on.
The raw emotion, character development, and personality just grips you from the very beginning, thrusting the reader right into the heart of Miami and giving them a front row seat to the struggles of a broken father. Everything about the story feels so real, from Ahmad's healthy parenting to Whitney's heartache.
I laughed and I cried and I fell in love. This is such a brilliant novel and I loved everything about it. As awkward as it sounds, I found myself relating to the character Carlos, with his quirky antics and bold honesty. I also have a new place in my heart for little Ahmelia. I just know this will be a story to read over and over again just for the good feelings within.
Ms. Bright's talent just oozes from every page of this novel. She has come a long way since she first published Love Unbroken and it shows. I truly can't wait to see what she comes up with next, but I am sure that with her behind the pen it will be nothing but amazing.

Ahmad wasn’t really my favorite male character out there, and I have no specific reason why, I just wasn’t all that attracted to him. His story however, was heartbreaking, and without giving any spoilers, the author told his story so well. She actually broke your heart, and then slowly mended it as the story progressed. You could feel what the characters were going through. The emotions run deep and the drama is top notch, with a little bit of sexy to tie it all together. Some of the dialogue definitely can make you laugh out loud.
The Spelling and grammar are great and the story is written well.
I would absolutely recommend this Author!!

Readers are thrown right in and I love that we get to see Victoria Bright's take on angels, heaven and everything in between. Not everyone is going to have the same thoughts on the subject and it's always nice to get someone else's perspective.
Ahmed's emotions run deep and Victoria Bright has no problem showing them and in such a way that she's not pushing them too far. It's easy to see the pain he is in but he also has a sense of humour and acts childish around his best friend. She also shows that he has baggage without constantly bringing it up and the same goes for Whitney.
The only thing I was iffy on was Paris but I think that's just because she was an angel in disguise and I couldn't quite connect with her? I almost felt as if I couldn't make a connection with her and so she certainly wasn't my favourite character.
Other than that I really enjoyed Love Reborn. It was an interesting read.

My Thoughts:
I absolutely loved this book! This book is the perfect story of love, tragedy, and second chances along with the mix of Angels. Combining serious topics with classic humor, Love Reborn is a great summer read that I would recommend to anybody! And one of the most important things to me in a book, the spelling in grammar was spot on. The characters were lovable and interesting and kept you engaged in the story. When Whitney meets Ahmad at a modeling event she's covering for her magazine "Hot Miami", she thinks that he's beyond sexy. When Ahmad's friend Anthony bets him " a date of his choosing" in a poker game, Ahmad dreads it. When he chooses Whitney as the date after seeing her at the gym, Ahmad rethinks his attitude. While their attraction grows so does his guilt, the guilt from losing his fiancee in a car accident and barely not losing their daughter in the process. Whitney gets tired of his hot and cold routine and walks away. Three years has been long enough to mourn the loss of Camille hasn't it? And Ahmelia deserves to have a mom, so why can't he move on? It might take some divine intervention to help Ahmad move on.
Overall I really liked this story, but I felt that Paris' part in the story wasn't quite as developed as it could've been. The premise was great, and I loved her in the story but it just seemed to be lacking a little something to make it perfect. Ahmelia is adorable, Whitney and her friends Carlos and Lynne are funny, and Anthony and the others were great supporting characters.
