Kevin’s writing style and storytelling are top notch. The story is fast paced with an exciting plot that doesn’t lag or get drawn out. This is the second book I’ve read and I will definitely continue on.

I listened to the Audible version of this book.

I really enjoyed listening to "Vargrom: Modrad's Exile." It was fantasy that I could understand. Some fantasies are hard to follow but this one was nice and a good listen. I liked all the characters and of course Modrad. My hope is that Kevin Hopson continues this adventure.

J. Scott Bennett did a nice job with the narration. His voice was a great match for the story. I liked the way he changed it up for the other characters besides Modrads. This shows him to be a versatile voice actor with an excellent performance.
