Volume 3 of Dark Layers does not disappoint. The information revealed in the first chapter will have the reader wondering what else will be discovered about Anile and Elijah. Just when you think that you have the plot figured out there are even more shocking twists and turns that are totally unexpected. The author’s use of dialogue, journal entries and text messages add a unique dimension to the novel. As well, the interesting lesson on required terminology woven into the novel for this genre was clever. Volume 3 is fast paced and is a page-turner leaving the reader wanting more. How will this complicated relationship survive? Looking forward to Volume 4.

Ok, I'll admit I liked the book better than the second one
The part I liked the most in this book is how Elijah treats Anile like a princess and how he is protective towards her and would absolutely do anything for her. The most touching part is where he says he'll nvr go to the dark place again for Anile.
The other parts I'll like is of course the plot which is much 'less darker' and happier and definitely the sex with bdsm elements and the one in the lake ^^. And of course the spanking part
The only thing i find disturbing is how the book end with a sad plot where
My excited feelings when reading the book suddenly falls into a pit lol...
(Well I should have known better since this is a DARK erotica..)
Overall I find this book quite enjoyable except for the last few pages. ^^

This was a great roller coaster ride. AL Gray asked for an honest review in trade with a free copy of her book. If that offer still exist I suggest you guys take it! she takes time in describing her characters so you know their personalities you already feel how they would react to the situation, you fall in love with the characters and understand how they think. I really love this book I think it's my favorite so far! oh and great job on the leather book LOL took me longer to read this book because I was so amazed at how many different things BDSM used... 5 Star for sure!!!

Volume 3 of Dark Layers by A.L. Grey is nothing short of mind-blowing! So many things come to light in this volume that its incredible how to even begin to understand it.
Things between Elijah and Anile are going steady… Still a few bumps in the road, but things they manage to overcome, together. More secrets are revealed, truths come to the surface and even Anile’s will is put to the test.

Review exchanged for book
This book left me desperate for v4!!
Good: so much happened, so many emotions, so many q's from v2 answered, family secrets, cliffhanger
not so good: few typos/editing points nothing major, wasn't a fan of the lengthily BDSM dictionary
overall a lovely read

This one ends in yet another cliffhanger!!! I can't wait to read number 4. This one is HOT!!! The drama is all over the place it has a sad ending and once again the author has nailed the bedroom scenes they are smoking HOT!!!
