Otis Matthews is a slow, dim-witted and ugly factory worker. Otis Matthews is also brilliant, good looking and sophisticated serial killer. He has a distain for today’s society and the people that embrace and celebrate it. He hates that little girls grow up all too quick and have no respect for their elders. He cannot stand this new generation especially MTV and rap music. While the world outside his window portrays modern day, Otis envisions 1956 and the simple way of life. He will not conform to today’s generation. In fact, he will denounce it with his entire being. However, an odd thing has happened the older Otis gets. He realizes he has lost the desire to kill without a purpose. A young girl goes missing once again in Alabama in 2010. These girls have been going missing without a trace for over two decades. The latest victim's father happens to run the very meat packing plant that Otis Matthews has worked for the past 30 years. Finally, the police have a lead and it runs right to Otis. Otis is a simple creature, but sometimes things are not always as they seem.
