Declan lives in the shadows helping deliver people out of the worst moments of their lives. Aiding those from the pitfalls of life, Declan works behind the scenes. He keeps an eye on his loved ones from a distance while also linking with a foreign group to which his best skills are utilized.

He cares for his sister, Morgan, and wants to protect her from the world’s wickedness he knows so well. When Morgan’s life becomes endangered, he goes against all conduct he holds to in a quest for truth and finds out more than he bargains for.

Sheltered from the cares of the world, Alessa lives peacefully until mysteries of her deceased parents bubble to the surface of life. She and Morgan both lost their parents at a young age. When Alessa’s life is threatened, Morgan’s brother, Declan, and her paths will meet, and no spoilers regarding what will happen.
