Aveda Vice is truly coming through with the monster erotica shorts/novellas. FEED is a paranormal quickie between coworkers who just happen to be a succubus and a fae. Pye is Avirin’s office nemesis, but when they show up to help her with her succubus tendencies, she can’t resist. Pye isn’t your typical fae and if you’ve been wanting true monster smut, FEED fits perfectly! I hesitate to call this a romance though - even though the characters are well developed for a short novella, there’s not much romance between them. The novella takes place during their one night together and is very open-ended. But if you want something smutty that’s short, unique, and hot, grab this!

Feed is the first book I have read from the author, and I can honestly say it will not last. It is outside the normal and like nothing I have ever read before. She writes outside the box, and I can’t say enough how much I love that. Plus, I am a sucker for anything that has a female protagonist that is a succubus.
Feed is a short quick erotic read about a succubus who uses a service to schedule feedings and sexual tastes. Someone who she dislikes from work shows up. You can feel the chemistry between the two, and it's so hot and steamy; the author has an impressive imagination and articulates it so well onto paper. I can't want to see what is next.

November 12, 2023This was a reread for me, it’s been two years since I read it the first time and it hit sooo much harder this go round. I decided to reread because of the audiobook releasing this past week and Richard Pendragon did a phenomenal job narrating. The chemistry between Avirin and Pye is just sooo good and he really brought it to life for me with this audiobook.
Avirin and Pye have a tense relationship as coworkers who rarely see eye to eye and they end up working out their frustrations through an anonymous hookup app mishap. Very spicy and short enough that it keeps you wanting more which is great because they have a full length story called Yours Insatiably! Loved getting to revisit them in a new format 10/10 would recommend

Reread: 11/2023 - THIS IS ON AUDIO NOW! I loved this when I had Alexa read it to me, but it’s so much better with an actually audiobook narrator, these two have SO much chemistry I can barely handle it. I can’t wait for the next book in the series to come out on audio!

I ended up reading this last night. It’s a super quick short about a succubus who uses an app who makes it easier for monsters to feed but also to have some sexy wild fun between them. At her door appears her work nemesis, Pye, and she’s definitely confused but quickly the feeding turns into fun and games!!
If you like short erotic fantasy stories, you will like this one! I kinda want more!!! Like another story with them. They’re very interesting tbh. And I think this is a series so I guess we’ll see more from this same world. Monsters and strange beings just having wild sex!!!

There isn't much story here but I love enemies to lovers and this had all the tension.
This is pretty much a night of enemies with benefits. No other background or history to their story. But it definitely makes me want to read the next book that is about them.
