I wish I had read this when I was younger, as it was meant for probably a preteen audience, but it was still a cool read at 23. Surprising how many women I had never heard of before who had large contributions to society. The short profiles dealt with a diverse selection that I thought inspiring and illuminating. Would definitely recommend to young women!

A fun / cool / hip book to read with Bay during Women's History Month.

Great idea, but the hideous graphics unnecessarily date this book (and make the pages a pain to read).
