World Split Open: a novel

What happens when life is messy, faith is real, and love doesn’t come easy?
Many women navigate relationships, marriage, and personal growth in ways that feel complicated, raw, and full of tension. Often, no story seems to capture both the struggle and the faith that carries us through. World Split Open addresses this gap, offering a narrative that is honest, redemptive, and unapologetically real.

This novel explores the messy realities of marriage, the challenges of forgiveness, and the journey toward healing and grace. It doesn’t shy away from hard truths, but it also shows how faith and love can bring restoration, even when life feels broken.

I wrote this story from a place of personal experience and observation, combining my own life lessons with the stories of women I’ve coached and walked alongside. The result is a novel that resonates with both raw honesty and deep faith.

Inside you’ll

A compelling story of love, failure, and redemption

Honest portrayals of marriage struggles and emotional complexity

Faith-centered themes of hope, grace, and restoration

Characters and situations that feel real, relatable, and moving

A narrative that challenges, comforts, and inspires

Pick up your copy today—and experience a story that is both raw and faithful, messy and hopeful, just like life.

Raw and real. A bit depressing but that's because it's the reality that so many have lived--and do live. The Church often does not deal well with abuse. 'Be a better wife and he'll be a better husband', we are told. Sadly, it does not work that way with abusive relationships. That is Scripture taken out of context. My hope and prayer is that churches will address abuse--from the pulpit and regularly!

This is a very well written heartbreaking book. Jules husband is an air traffic controller and one fateful night he was the cause of the wreck of a twin engine plane with two casualties. Alcohol and drugs are at the base of his not be alert during his shift. Placed on suspension his alcohol is out of control. The fallout to his family is severe in mental abuse. #elisabethklein @authorelisabethklein #redemptionpress @redemptionpress

This story had similarities to my own

In my case, there was no alcoholism, but my marriage was extremely difficult. Harder than most people will ever know. The wife's story gave some comfort.

I feel like this was one of the most real novels I have read.
