Queen
Queen Malone grew up knowing she was born to be heart broken. The rough streets of Miami hardened her heart and fattened her pockets. Queen is use to heart ache and losses, with that hurt, she rose to the top and stepped on any man or woman that got in her way. The only thing she didn't have an handle on is her love life. Never wanting to commit she tried to resist the sexy and savage Wessie Rain, an ex she never lost her fire for and could never let go of. When Wessie is shot and almost loses his life Queen reevaluates whether or not she needs to drop her wall and declare her love or walk away and stay Queen of the streets to have a family with the man she loves. Wessie Rain is the dopeboy your mother told you would ruin your life. He's sexy, smart and has money, a triple threat. When he relocates to Miami he finds himself back in Queens bed and she fell right back into his heart. The only problem with that is Wessies wife, Queens rival Sonovia Stanfield. Sonovia is determined to show the world who Queen really is when she get a hold of a secret that Wessie may never forgive. Hearts will break and bullets will fly in this gritty urban romance in the 305.

Queen was a true boss and her actions proved it. There were surprising moments when the characters showed their true selves. Drama-filled story has me looking forward to reading next part.

Great Read
It is easy to see why Queen heart was harden. Growing up with a crack addicted father, to dealing with Tonka and losing two people who were near and dear to her. She took a lot of losses that is why she was scared to be with Wessie. Wessie had no clue who Sonovia really is. If he did he wouldn't have married her but he still couldn't deny his feelings for Queen. Wessie and Queen have snake's in their camp. When Sonovia revealed who she was it was a shock. Her jealousy and hate for Queen is disturbing though. Presia may be the opp but she was in for a surprise when she found out who is really out to get Queen. This ended as a shocking cliffhanger. I can't wait for part two.

Amazing Read
Everyone is a snake in this book! I can't believe Parquita is supposed to be Queen's right hand, but teaming up with Sonovia. Presia turns out to be the DEA but expects Queen to still trust her. I definitely see why Queen doesn't trust anyone. Wessie has every right to be mad at right to be mad at Queen for keeping their son a secret although it was for both of their safety. Can't wait to read part two and I hope they get rid of Sonovia!

Awesomeness
This was my first read from this author and I wasn’t disappointed at all!!! Queens Character was not fake and seemed make believe...She was organic and transparent...Even tho she was the head of the drug game she never broke code or broke when at every corner she was betrayed by ppl she loved!! Sonovia was the most miserable jealous person I read about... Karma is a bish tho!! Unto book 2!!

On my god
I waited so long for this book!!! Even on the release date I waited 3 more days to get it but let me tell you it was worth every minute I had to wait!! All of ebonys books are my favorite but this one just had compassion thought and flowed so good that I read it within hours! It's her best work and I cannot wait for part 2!!

Queen has been through so much losing her son in a tragic way. Her boyfriend being abusive. Losing her brother she suffered so much loss it made her heart cold. Wessie can change that but will he forgive. Hurry up part 2.
