Excellent book for pastors and laypersons alike. The pastors do a great job of sharing some of the difficulties and blessings that are experienced by pastors as they seek to follow God's will and shepherd the flock they've been entrusted with. This glimpse gives the layperson a bit of understanding and helps us see the need to encourage and support our pastors. Thank you Pastor Klick and Pastor Fox for this book.
