A lot of the points are common sense, there were a few nice ideas like writing all the negative things that impact your laziness and switching them out for positive things and to take breaks after a certain of reading and to use that time to reward yourself or do the things you want to get done in that time and when the break is over go back to reading until you are satisfied with the amount you have read. If you have trouble reading this book might be able to help since it's not too long and it's easy to read and if you finish this it might give you a little bit of a push to get into reading in general and get you to do other things you want to do too!
