It was very easy to read it, no technical language. Although most of the time I enjoyed it, there are several ideas from the author that I really don't know if they're true nowadays, for instance, mortgage transfer. Recently I sold a house that I was been paying for 3 years and in fact it wasn't a transfer at all, we have to pay off and then the person who bought it acquired a new one.
On the other hand, I think there are some good ideas that are not completed intentionally because at the end the author mentions he has online and live courses, you can buy extra training.
At least I consider this book as a basic resource that anyone can access to start in this interesting topic, since it is a short book you don't need to spend a lot of hours to know the surface of several techniques. Yes, I would recommend it for beginners.
