This story caught my attention and it was steamy hot of physical attraction between Princess Leanna and Ledger. He was there to protector her when it comes to trouble. There romance was secretly forbidden and he could risk losses his job with the CIA before it get started. He never thought that he could falled for a Princess in his life. Will someone find out about there romance relationship or their be consequences that they will have to faced. I was on the edge of my seat with this story and I couldn't put it down .I highly recommend this book and you won't be disappointed. I am voluntarily leaving my honest review. Trina Jones

Royal Entanglements penned by the author Sheila Fowler is an intriguing read. Princess Leanna's mother was asking her to marry Prince Basil. Leanna is expected to do what is best for her country. Even though she doesn't love Basil, she was asked to marry him. Leanna wants to find love.
She travels to Hawaii to get away from her royal duties of getting married to a prince she doesn't love. Ledger Hill has started his new job as a protector of princess Leanna. He was recommended by the Prime Minister. Leanna has never surfed, kissed, been to Karaoke, etc. She wants to do these things in Hawaii. Hill told him he can help her with the surfing but not with the kiss. Read this story to know what will happen when they go surfing.
The story is gripping. I binge read it. The writing style of the author is amazing. Sheila has created an interesting world in this book and I enjoyed every bit of it. If you are looking for something for light reading then go ahead with this book. You would be delighted to read it.

Princess Diaries, but Make it Dangerous
Imagine a princess dodging an arranged marriage while exploring karaoke, surfing, and freedom, all under the watchful (and attractive) eye of her bodyguard. It’s sweet, sassy, and suspenseful. The final chapters had me holding my breath. Fun and emotional!

If you love protective love interests with restraint and slow-burn passion, this book hits all the marks. Ledger’s inner conflict is beautifully portrayed, and when duty clashes with desire, it makes every glance and near-kiss that much more intense. Add a kidnapping twist? I was hooked.

It tries to mix love and adventure but doesn't go very deep. The story is set in Hawaii, which is described nicely, making it a fun setting for the book. But the main characters, Princess Leanna and her bodyguard Ledger, are not very complex. Leanna is meant to be independent and strong but sometimes just seems careless. Ledger is the typical serious bodyguard who falls for her, which is expected. There's also a kidnapping part that adds some thrill, but it's solved too quickly and easily, making it less exciting. This book might be good for someone new to romance stories, but it might not satisfy someone looking for a deeper, more involved story.

I like the trope of Royal/Bodyguard and this book was just fine. It isn’t the worst book I’ve read, but still not my favorite. I don’t see myself rereading it. I do wish it was a little more slow burn.. the plot twists are strange as well, seems like they might’ve just been added to thicken the book.
I think it’s a perfect book for someone who just wants a short read and some suspense. But it is very fast paced.
