Jack Wolf is an award-winning author. He doesn’t write self-help. He writes wake-up calls. Award-winning author. Publisher. Speaker. Firestarter. Jack cuts through the noise with books built to shake you up, light a fire, and move you forward. No fluff. No filler. Just hard-earned wisdom forged in real life.

He’s been through it: burnout, anxiety, people-pleasing—the full ride. He clawed his way out, not with theory, but with action. And now he’s on a mission to help you do the same. His writing hits like a conversation with someone who actually gets it. Zero judgment. All-in support. Just enough edge to push you past your excuses.

At the helm of POSG, Inc., Jack leads a publishing rebellion. His books aren’t meant to be admired—they’re meant to be lived. Whether he’s teaching emotional intelligence, breaking toxic patterns, or helping you build habits that stick, Jack delivers tools that work in the real world.

His readers? They don’t just read—they ride with him. Jack doesn’t preach from a pedestal. He fights beside you in the mud, the mess, the middle of it all.
No cape. No fluff. Just the truth—and the guts to change your life. If you’re done waiting for permission and ready to take the wheel, Jack Wolf is your next chapter.

This book is really packed full of great information that shows you how to make the best decision that you can. It goes through and explains different concepts and techniques, and I felt very confident that I understood the processes by the time they were complete. It has a question section at the end of each chapter that helps you determine whether you did indeed retain the information, which I appreciated a lot.
The techniques that were shared, such as bias check, decision tree, SCAMPER technique, and many more, were all great, and I plan to use them a lot in the future. My only disappointment was that I was looking forward to the free IAT test. When I clicked the link, it took me to a Harvard website, and I was unable to find the test. I am sure it was just my lack of patience, and it was there somewhere.
All in all, I think it is a great book, and I believe everyone could gain some information from it. I highly recommend it.
