Nicky is going through a rough time - she cannot solve her sister's case, is uncertain of her capabilities, and is too concerned with her relationship with her partner. This case is a different one, it seems like the perpetrator is kidnapping girls to call attention and to "have a voice". It's a good storyline that would be better if Nicky was not constantly dragging herself down and looking for reassurances.

Keeps you on your toes!

Any book by Blake Pierce is one that keeps you interested. I couldn't lay it down. As always Nicky found her missing girl all while sparking a romance with her partner Ken. Long over due for them both. Her criminal Informant came thru for her and found out that the man that kidnapped her all those years ago had been right there under her nose all this time. Def recommend this book series!

I am finished with this series and author! The writing is terrible. I only lasted this long because I thought I would find out about Nicky’s sister. Nope. It is the carrot leading you into a minefield ridiculous nonsense. Also, when I searched for Blake Pierce, I discovered that it is different authors writing under the pseudonym. After reading this garbage, I can only assume that they are literary students, and not very good ones. Bye bye Blake!

Love this series!

FBI Agent Nicky Lyons gets a mysterious packet in her mailbox - a cassette recording of a woman being for help. Who is the woman, and who put the recording in her mailbox? Her team is on the hunt for a kidnapper, and their journey takes them to the Bahamas. Exciting and fast paced, this series is excellent!

Wow. It's no surprise that Blake threw in twists and curve balls.

This is a good series but I still believe his Tracy Crosswhite series is his best, and I am "trying" to be patient for the next book to be released.

Meanwhile, Blake keeps me busy with all of his many other series.

Lots of repeating and it’s already a short book.

FBI agent Lyons is in charge of finding missing girls. She keeps getting messages in weird ways but the kidnapper never talks. She hopes she can find the girl in time.

I want to see Nikki Lyons mature. It's just a lot of things being repeated and the book over and over again I would like to see her mature in his role.
