I listened to this on Audiobooks and I totally loved it. It was a slight departure from my usual listens but it was fantastic. In the stories you go from laugh out loud funny, to having me in tears a couple of times because the situation is so poignant. Minerva is brilliant, very scatty and her pursuit of her love interest is hilarious. Ronnie does her best to keep her mother in some kind of order despite having some very tough times. And everything is mixed up with a touch of magic. The other characters are extremely good also. I am incredibly glad I took the chance on this set despite knowing nothing at all about the authors Does contain frequent references to sex and some bad language. I Would happily recommend these to anyone over 18.

I absolutely loved this set of books! The music intros and narration by Kate Millner were wonderful.The storyline in each book was well written.The characters were fun. Minerva,a withc takes up with a vicar.Her daughter,now pregnant and single,scores the man she wants and the baby is powerful in her own right.I'd love to have these ladies as friends! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
