📕 Why (Not) to read this book (Target Audience)

A good to catchup on the recent developments for security in the cloud.

👀 How this book changed my daily live (Takeaways)

Another change you can look forward to is the continued migration of business services to the edge. The advantages of reduced data travel time and reduction in data path will gradually become more important as folks realize that every mile your data travels is a mile it’s exposed.

⁉ Spoiler Alerts (Highlights)

The basic idea of zero trust is that both people and machines connect to network resources with the minimum level of security access necessary to get the job done and that authorization is checked at every step.

This is a great book on learning cloud security.

I found it a great introductory to locking down your cloud infastructure.

Definitely a good read if you are new to cybersecurity.

if you don't know much about cloud security but wish to, a good starter book, very detailed...but it probably helps if you are already at least roughly in the field, to catch some of the specific context.
