Meh...

If you're already someone who searches for and studies vitamins, weight loss, sleep improvement, and the plethora other possible health related articles online, you'll have read everything that's in this book. Everything in this book is stuff you really could have just Googled, but at least with Google, you'll have found articles that dig into actual case studies. Is this information kind of consolidated here? Yes. But with a lot less information than you'd get off an actual search engine readout.

Put together well.

Simple and concise. Some contain good sense, some are more unconventional, but probably anyone can find something helpful they weren't aware of.
