I don't usually deal with runaway brides on my beat, but every day is different, I guess.
Curvy Victoria comes jetting across the lawn of a church with her wedding dress hiked up, fear in her eyes.
She's a damsel in distress, and I'm a knight in shining police gear, here to save the day.
When she climbs in my police cruiser, she's beautiful and chaotic and everything I don't want.
But somehow, she's everything I need.
I'm a cop and I love curves, and Victoria has more than enough to satisfy me.
Rhett is book four in the Cops Love Curves series featuring alpha male police officers who love their curvy girls. Around these parts, men of the law are steamy and sweet.
Rhett is a cop who happens to be on duty as he sees something happening at the church across the street. The bride with her wedding dress hiked up is running across the lawn with a man yelling something behind her. What should have been one of Victoria’s happiest days is a nightmare when she discovers her fiancé is a lying cheat.
Now it’s Rhett’s turn to help Victoria get over this awful experience, and he seems to know exactly what will make her happy. The humor they can find in the situation will let them know that maybe they are exactly what each other needs.
I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Today was meant to be the best day of Victoria’s life except for the fact that she has just has a run in with the best man who kindly informed her of her fiancés personal cocktail waitress that he has been seeing on the side since his stag weekend. Victoria is no doormat and walks out on her wedding minutes before she is meant to be saying I do. Making an escape is all she can think about and in her hurry she runs right in to Police Officer Stanton who offers to help her. There is something about this man that calls to her, could her biggest mistake be about to lead her to her real future?
Rhett loves his job although he would like to be doing something more exciting than traffic duty, it’s just that thought when he spots a woman running towards him in a wedding dress, a beautiful curvy woman that leaves him breathless and when he hears that she is running from her cheating fiancé he is happy to step in. offering her somewhere to stay it’s clear that his feelings for her are more than just a cop doing his civic duty and he is determined to show the woman who ran into his life that her curves are the things that his dreams are made of. But is she ready to be his or will she run from him to?
This book was a very quick and fast paced read, Victoria was BBW who thought that a man would never love her but would settle for her and Rhett was just the man to show the sassy woman how wrong she was. Enjoyable read 4* lunchtime read
Who expects a runaway bride when they go to work in the morning???
Rhett is the fourth book in the Cops Love Curves series and this one had me laughing and loving it right from the start. This story is about Officer Rhett Stanton and his very strange day. Rhett is a police officer just as the men in his family have always been. But this day he will have his strangest experience when he sees a a runaway bride heading his way away from a church with who appears to be her groom calling out after her. Victoria is all set to marry John when she realizes that she just has had enough. It is too bad that she is already at the church and about to be married when she realizes this but whatever. She runs out out the church and heads hightails it across the street where she sees a police officer. Lucky for her this runaway bride finds a handsome officer who is willing to help her get away from John, as he is quickly pursuing her. From there things get even more quirky, witty and funny, along with sexy hot and passionate.
This was a really fun and entertaining short story. I enjoyed the story-line and the quirky fun of the characters.
Another five star read for Kelsie Calloway! This is the fourth book in the Cops Love Curves series and each book is a complete standalone with no interconnected characters.
Told from Rhett and Victoria’s point of views, their story is full of fun, witty banter that has you laughing the entire time you’re reading. Our couple has some intense instant chemistry and it only gets hotter.

Victoria hightails it out of the church on her wedding day because she knows that she can't marry her husband to be. Lucky for Victoria, there is a policeman directing traffic due to a traffic light out. Rhett can't believe his luck when he helps Victoria so she can think for a bit. Rhett and Victoria find that their time together are off the charts. This is a fast and hot read of two people who knew instantly that they are made for each other. This is one of the books in the "Cops Love Curvy" series. Enjoy!)
COP... MEET CHAOS This put a smile on my face! Sexy silliness abounds. Rhett wishes he could be assigned something more exciting than directing traffic. He does NOT know what he has gotten into when he helps a runaway bride! When Victoria finds out her groom is cheating, she runs... right to Officer Stanton! Maybe instead of running away she is running TO something!

This book was super funny. Victoria is hilarious and I loved her witty and feisty comebacks. Rhett is a police officer who is in the right place at the right time when Victoria becomes a runaway bride. These two are hilarious together and have the steamiest food fight ever. Great read and hilarious characters. I really enjoyed this book!

Although I enjoyed some of the banter between Rhett and Victoria, this one was a little too over-the-top and silly for my tastes. It was still well written though and -very- lighthearted and outrageous if you like that kind of thing. Available on Kindle Unlimited, stands alone, about a half-hour read. I would read more by the author and in the series.
A fun, quick and entertaining read. This is the fourth book in this series. It is just as amazing as the previous ones. This is the story of Rhett and Victoria and their journey to their happily ever after. A great book to read on your lunch break. Looking forward to read more.
I gave four stars for the simple fact I would've loved more of the story. It was one of those "wham bamm thank you ma'am" kinda books it was over way to quick for me. I would've loved to see Victoria go over to her ex's house to get her things and to tell him off and that she is with the cop that helped her. I also would've loved to see where Rhett and Victoria go from there.
Officer Rhett Stanton is minding his own business on duty when a runaway bride runs to him for help. He agrees to help and learns more about Victoria along the way. For being under thirty pages, this has a lot in it! I’m always so amazed that authors can do that. I loved the banter between these two. A very fun and sweet story.
Fun, fast easy read with a little steam. Sometimes it’s nice to read a quick story inBetween the 3-5 book series that take up a lot of time. Especially when it’s a full story and well written
Short and sweet! Big, sweet hero rescuing a damsel in distress. I totally enjoyed the humor and quirkiness. Chaotic is a great word to describe Victoria.
MORE! I want to read more of these stories. I love the characters although I wish there was more to the stories but it grabbed me from the beginning and didn't disappoint. Love it.
I really loved the characters in this story. It was funny and cute. I was sorry that it ended so soon. I found myself laughing and smiling throughout the entire story.
I loved how Rhett and Victoria met as I couldn't stop giggling. Victoria is bold, sassy and does what she wants. Rhett seems like a total sweetheart as he just had to take care of Victoria. this fast paced romance was steamy hot and fun to read.
