This book was such a joy to read and spot on for building and maintaining a nice physique. Very common sense and easy to follow instructions. The summary notes at the end of each chapter are a nice touch.

Pretty basic stuff: 1. Do strength training. 2. Focus on complex movement exercises: squats deadlifts bench press etc as opposed to muscle isolation exercises. 3. Stop sugar 4. Calories need to be eyed on 5. Eat natural stuff.
