Mit Sandru was born in the greater area of Transylvania in the last millennium; make that last century since he's not a vampire. Yet. When he was six years old, a soldier shot him at point blank range with a Kalashnikov. He survived. He outsmarted his German teacher, and survived a tornado in the middle of a wheat field. Not concurrently. When he was 18 years old, he escaped from a country resembling a concentration camp, luckily without being killed. He outran mean border patrol dogs in a foreign country, in the darkness of night, while jumping over six-foot tall stonewalls. Superman he’s not. He came to the USA in search of freedom, glory, wealth, and fame. He’s still searching for three of those. Lightning grazed him, and he caught a shark by the tail. Once. A monkey attacked him in Japan, but his daughter saved him. He avoided many rattlesnake bites, and built a house. No relation between the snakes and the house. Life eventually tamed him and he became a responsible citizen, with a wife, two daughters, dog and cat. And lately two grandsons. The taming part is questionable. He acquired an engineering and management degree and attempted to acquire other degrees in music, marketing, and IT. A certified student. He obtained many professional licenses, which he hardly used, but looked good on his wall. At 59-¾ years old he quit the corporate life and a six-figure salary. Rumor has it that he was given the golden handshake. He was finally free to pursue his dreams of writing, painting and music.
During his professional life he painted hundreds of canvases, and composed dozens of tunes, while since his golden handshake he wrote 13 books. And that was in just the first half of his life.

I am Mit Sandru and I approve this unabashed bio.

I actually started this book near the end. Each book can be read individually but the ending will leave you guessing. I have read book 4 and now book 2 and what an interesting story it has turned out to be by going this way through it. Guess now I need to go to the beginning and see where it takes me! Great read with some graphic violence but only in one or two parts it is not that big of a deal.

I bought book 1 because I didn't want to start in the middle. I'm glad I did it made it easier to read the second book. That aside, I was hooked from the first page. It was such a new and intriguing concept. And an interesting take on vampires. Book 1 hooked me, book 2 sunk it's teeth in (pun intended) and wouldn't let go. I'm a fan. A big fan and I can't wait to read 3 and 4.

This is the second book in the series and has a lot more going on than the first book did. The first chapter was unexpected but made me want to keep going to see where the book will go. There was a lot of mystery to figure out. Some of it was solved and some of it was left wide open. I really am wondering what's next. Good read.

A thriller.
Listen to the vampire music on YouTube or other outlets. "Vampire Vlad V by Mit Sandru."
If you listen to the music, you'll agree that it matches the book's mood. A song with lyrics is coming soon.

This was a kool ending to a series.
The first book was kinda unbelievable in sense but it is a fantasy type subject. And a great fantasy type it is!
Has many players and people looking to ruin everything. Pick up this book and read it
Anymore and I will give up the point of reading.

I'm officially a fan of Mit Sundru. I literally couldn't put this book down. The characters really developed in this full length novel introducing new characters. I'm ready to start Vampire Slayers: Dead slayers tell no tales (Vlad V Book 3)

The government realizes what and who Vlad is. Before they can do anything to him, he asks Cat and his friends to help him die in peace. This is his story.

this book is equally as entertaining as the first.
