Alienation

Rate this book
Is loneliness something he can escape—or is it destined to consume him entirely?

Amidst the rain-soaked streets of London, a nameless protagonist, whose days are just as empty, drifts through life----standing by the Thames River, questioning the purpose of social interactions, attending university, working part-time at a bookstore owned by his Uncle, spending his days by observing the bustling city around; feeling like an unnoticed outsider ,watching the life in surroundings rather than actively participating. A turning point occurs when he meets a poetess in a park at pavilion on a rainy day.
Will he confess the whispers of his heart?

Alienation is a profound exploration of loneliness, love, and the echoes of unnoticed fragile beauty around.

I actually made Goodreads account just to support this book. Tbh, I loved this book so much. I've watched the author all the way while he was writing, and I actually didn't expect "Alienation" to be good this much. I'm really surprised how it turned out to be, (all of that weight was worth it).
I'll re-read it very soon, because why not? This book deserves to be best-selling, everyone should read it.
Especially those who think of themselves lonely; even if you think you're not, you should read it because this book will make you realize what you're actually missing.

I would say it's a well written novel when you know it's written by a 17 years old. Even more than a "well written" I find it classic.
