I really enjoyed this book. It is easy to read, and have varying levels of information for new pickleballers (like myself) and experts alike. It is written in a way that's easy to digest, fun, and informative. As someone new to the sport, it allowed me to pick-and-choose which chapters are most applicable to my game/general knowledge of the sport.

As someone who enjoyed playing tennis, I enjoyed that this book was geared towards people who have anywhere from zero knowledge of racquet sports, to those who are lifetime practicians of tennis, padel, racquetball, etc.

In short--this book is for anyone looking to learn more about pickleball on a recreational, or even more serious level. Definitely worth referencing anytime I have a question about a rule, equipment, or general pickleball knowledge. Nicely done!

This book let me take a breath, take stock of my fundamentals, confirm and expand my advanced strategies, and brace myself for everything exciting and new that’s coming down the pickleball pike. It represents, on the one hand, the solid foundation of a sport that is evolving at lightning speed. On the other hand, it is a remarkable and accessible compendium with topics of true interest to pickleballers including where to play, how to transition from other sports, and how to get more involved in the community. How did they pack so much wonderful stuff into this seriously entertaining book?

Comprehensive look at the sport of Pickleball. Suitable for the total newbie, an intermediate player looking for pointers on how to improve their game, and advanced players who want information on tournament play. Even if you have no intention of ever setting foot on a Pickleball court, this book will put you in the know when it comes up in conversation with friends and acquaintances.
Slight overkill on the topic of how social the sport is; the authors are definitely enthusiastic about making friends on the courts. Fun, fun, fun for everyone!
