Many useful communication tips are shared here. I have definitely seen my communication skills improve. My only annoyance with the book is that nearly every chapter references one or more other chapters. Perhaps there was no way around that, nonetheless it annoyed me.
A fabulous book with very useful and insightful tools to help the readers improve their communication skills. The authors take a unique approach combining different fields of study and experience. I fully recommend it.
