First, let's discuss that cover. I kinda love the freaky eyeball of horror thingy. And this title is one that was sure to suck me in.
This is an author I have never heard of. So it's kinda cool to start with an anthology to get a variety of their work.
Theses stories covered everything from haunted trees, zombies, sinkholes, monsters, tentacles monsters in pools and so much more.
My fave story was about a guy who had taken too many days off work, so 'The Company' visited him and played a dice game that resulted in the dude losing body parts. Yeah, I like the gore stuff.
There were a couple stories that I felt like the endings were abrupt and could've been longer, but I think that's pretty typical when it comes to shorts.
