Getting the grant to study the effects the wildfires were having on invasive species was the feather in Doctor Robert Brown’s cap. His mom kept telling him that he needed to find someone special, but he wasn’t sure she was right.

Too short to be fully enjoyed.

I was really happy to hear that the author would expand Mountain Air and wrap it up with a nice HEA. I first read this story in a shifter anthology and was hoping that conclusion would be expanded since I was left hanging for the last bit of the story. Mountain Air features a cougar and puma shifter who unexpectedly meet and discover that there's something weird happening. Rob doesn't know that he is a puma shifter when he meets the forest ranger (Garrett) that's supposed to help him with his research. Everything moved fast but I was pleased with the conclusion and HEA.

I loved this book. Doctor Robert Brown goes to study the effects the wildfires on invasive plants. Garrett Flores is a park ranger and shifter. They are both looking for someone special to share their lives with. Work brings them together. Will love follow?
