Naomi just moved and bought a house to start over after ending a relationship with a verbally abusive and somewhat unstable ex-boyfriend. One catch...Maggie's beautiful new home is on the edge of a cemetery with graves dating as far back as the 1700's. From the start, there is paranormal activity in her home. She is not so much as frightened, but intrigued. As a writer, she is always looking for her next story.

Well she finds one in Maggie. She is drawn to Maggie's grave by none other than her cat, Zelda. She immediately knows that Maggie must have led Zelda to her gravesite for a reason. Naomi has a feeling this is where her next book will come from and decides to find out as much about Maggie as she can. In her research she discovers that Maggie was a young woman who tragically died in what was determined to be a boat accident resulting in a drowning. Naomi does not believe that a drowning is the cause of death, otherwise why would Maggie be haunting her house and lead her cat to her grave. Naomi is convinced that Maggie is seeking justice for a crime that has obviously been overlooked.

While all this is happening, Naomi crosses paths with Ryan, a very handsome man that she meets while on a blind date with another man. They hit it off and a relationship is formed. Ryan falls in love with Naomi's house and loves the fact that she lives next to a graveyard. Every time he comes to visit, he acts like a kid in a candy store and just wants to explore. Naomi tells Ryan all about her book. He is intrigued and helps her out. However, during the course of research, Naomi feels that their relationship is more a friendship then a romance. And nothing makes that clearer when Naomi meets her new neighbor, an equally handsome man named Bryce, who has a beautiful little girl named Holly. She is immediately drawn to Bryce and she is so confused on what to do with Ryan.

Not only is Naomi trying to solve the mystery behind Maggie's death but she has to navigate this messy business called dating. Things become dangerous at times and friendships will be tested.

I do not want to give anymore of the story away but I will say that the remainder of the story is fantastic. You will be on the edge of your seat and realize that you are right there with Naomi trying to figure out who done it. This book was so emotional for me. I guarantee you will be in tears. One more thing I will say is that the friendship between Ryan and Naomi was one of the most beautiful things I had the pleasure of reading. Something that beautiful will stay with you forever.

Thank you Double Decker Books for the reviewing opportunity!

Ghosts are never my thing, watched a chapter of The Conjuring and I slept with my lights on for the entire week!

So I normally avoid books with ghosts, but somehow Maggie intriguing blurb reeled me in into the world of mystery and paranormal romance. Yeah sure living near the cemetery creeps me out, but I wish I would have a Maggie of my own!

I love everything about the book, I like how the book did not put much focus onto the romance aspect of Naomi's life but rather on her dedication to solve Maggie's unresolved death. I love the thrilling vibe that the book emanated and the ending had me in (almost) tears! Every character was so unique, and I think my favourite is probably Ryan - such a perfect man *swoons*

If you prefer a date with the dead and have a curious mind, this is the perfect book for you.

I love the cover (although I am half expecting the head to turn anytime soon :p) - speaking of vivid imagination!

My first novel by Mya O'Malley and it certainly won't be the last :D I am participating in Maggie's blog tour, you can check it out here

The story of Maggie is very heart touching. Naomi moves into an old house with a cemetery at the rear of the house. From the moment this story starts Naomi has a weird feeling from this house but she couldn't put her finger on it.

Naomi went on a double date with her friend but her date was boring and not Naomi's cup of tea. Naomi ended up at the bar ordering drinks where she met tall, dark and handsome Ryan.

Naomi and Ryan become inseparable and the weird goings on in Naomi's house escalate.

As a writer Naomi is drawn to Maggie. T Fields grave in the cemetery. Little did Naomi know that this was going to turn her life upside down.

Maggie 'accidentally' drowned on a boat accident was what the police and authorities concluded. However, only Maggie and the people she was with on the day know what happened.

Naomi and Ryan set out to solve the mystery behind Maggie's death and set her to rest.

I am not going to give the story away but the conclusion is FANTASTIC! I was in tears at the end of this, so I am glad that everyone was in bed sleeping while I sat blubbering away.

Another fab book by Mya O'Malley. Paranormal is definitely her calling.

Maggie by Mya O’Malley is a paranormal romance, with a mystery/suspense threaded through it. It is a touching, heart-warming, oh so gripping and hauntingly good, 5 Star read.
Naomi is a writer and has bought a beautiful old home that she fell in love with- in hope of beginning a new chapter in her life. She has quite unusual neighbours- in the form of the cemetery that back onto her property- and all the souls contained within it. Now, living in such close proximity to a cemetery would normally be very unsettling for most people, but not Naomi. In fact she finds it oddly comforting and romantic.
She isn’t even spooked when strange things start happening in her home, she knows she has a ‘visitor’ and this sparks and fans the flames of the writer inside her. When she is led to a grave in the cemetery belonging to Maggie T Field, Naomi knows she has been shown this grave for a specific reason- she just has to figure out why. Naomi wonders why Maggie died so young and decides to investigate the circumstances of her death- with the idea of basing her next novel on Maggie and whatever she discovers.
When a blind date turns out to be a boring let down, Naomi finds herself at the bar for a fortifying drink- where she meets a sexy, charming, almost ‘too good to be true’ man- named Ryan. They quickly hit it off and end up spending a lot of time together. When Ryan discovers where Naomi lives, he immediately falls in love with her house and the fact that the cemetery is basically in her backyard. He agrees to help Naomi investigate Maggie’s death.
Naomi has always thought that Ryan was a little mysterious and at times seemed a little distant. Although they got along incredibly well and she adored him, there was no ‘spark’- they seemed to be cementing a close friendship, not a passionate relationship. To add to Naomi’s confusion and dilemma- new neighbours move into the house next door, a single dad Bryce, and his cute daughter Holly. Bryce makes her go weak in the knees and there is definitely sparks between them. And so begins a love triangle, of sorts.
But things are not as they seem and as her investigation into Maggies death progresses- danger presents itself. Naomi doesn’t know who she can trust. There are situations and secrets that are yet to surface. Can Naomi put all the pieces of the puzzle together and figure out the mystery? What is it that Maggie is trying to tell her, because she’s not only frequenting Naomi’s days, she has begun haunting her dreams as well? Will Naomi be able to save Maggie’s soul and free her from an eternity of anger and torment? What connection does Naomi have to the mystery? Will Naomi be able to cut away any confusion and realise which man is perfect for her, her soulmate, her future?
This is quite an original and unique concept and storyline. I thought the author did a wonderful job of weaving her story and all the various puzzle pieces together in a way that flowed so smoothly, and yet had so much intrigue and suspense built into it. I was holding my breath page after page, reading avidly and trying to figure out the mystery. I had so many scenarios going on in my head and not one of them was even close what it ended up being. Ms. O’Malley built a lot of twists into the story and when the whole mystery is revealed, I was blown away! I loved the revelation and I adored the ending. I felt like Naomi got her closure, and so did I.

“Maggie Had opened up Naomi’s eyes, made her see how important her connection with love was, and how much of a journey it could be to find the one person in this big world that you were meant to stand beside.”

This is my introduction to this author and I will happily continue to follow her work.

A fantastic story.
Thank you, Ms. O’Malley!

WOW!!! This book is so much more than a typical story. It's a story within a story that is being written as we watch it unfold. Ok, that's not exactly right, but the MC is a "struggling writer" who discovers a gift when she moves to a new house and begins to write a book. I don't want to give anything away so can't really explain any further.

As this is the first book I've read by this author - I'm not sure how this can be a trilogy but I am absolutely going to read the rest to see how it all plays out.

The characters in this story are all very well written. The descriptive writing held my attention from beginning to end and I really enjoyed the paranormal edge to it. Ohhhh while writing this review, I know what book 2 is going to be about (I think). The secondary characters all play an important part moving the story along from one setting to the next.

I will be taking a closer look at the headstones in the cemetery across the street from my house the next time I take a walk.

I would recommend this to everyone including my elderly mother's book club.

Maggie By Mya O’ Malley
4 Stars ****

Maggie is a paranormal story full of love, anger and more importantly ghosts. It is a heartfelt story following Naomi the main character who is a writer and a stubborn one at that. She is very strong willed and does not allow anything to stop her putting pen to paper.
Naomi moves into a fabulous and interesting new home that backs onto a cemetery. Strange things occur in the house which spooks Naomi’s cat Zelda (as a fan of the game I LOVED the cats name!). As things happen Naomi soon realises that Naomi and Zelda aren’t the only ones occupying their home.
Amy, Naomi’s friend wants the pair of them to go on a double date..much to Naomi’s annoyance. The date absolutely bores her and he can’t stand cat’s! So Naomi decides she needs a stiff drink and bumps into a handsome stranger in the name of Ryan.
Ryan becomes very interested in Naomi’s home and the fact that it backs onto a cemetery. They both become interested in Maggie T Field’s stone and Naomi is determined to do some investigating into how Maggie died as she wants to write Maggie’s story with or without the help of Ryan.
Who would think a visit to a grave would turn someone’s life upside down?
Naomi finds out how Maggie ‘died’ but is this the case? Only Maggie knows what happened and with the help of Naomi will Maggie ever be put to rest ?
As this was the second book that I have read of Mya O Malley I was pleased to see characters from her previous book being mentioned in this story. It was also interesting to see how these characters had developed and how their lives had changed.
A paranormal story that will keep you guessing, gasping and gripped on the edge of your seat. Just when you think you have cracked it another thing is thrown in to throw you off course ! Really enjoyed it. Mya O’Malley is one to watch!

Maggie was a great and thrilling 5 star read.

Where to start with this review? I was pulled right in from the beginning. Naomi is a writer who has just recently moved into a home that is right next to a cemetery.

Naomi finds herself drawn to the grave of a young woman named Maggie. She also has a spirit in her home that she suspects may be Maggie, her cat Zelda seems to have a connection with the spirit. She starts to use Maggie as her muse for her next book. She discovers that Maggie died in a way that doesn’t make sense, she decides to start her own investigation.

Naomi also has an ex that has turned scary and stalkerish, he has seemed to have gone silent which makes her even more uncomfortable. She also meets a tall, dark and handsome man named Ryan and her neighbor Bryce and his cute little girl Holly. All of these characters play a great role in the story along with Maggie's parents.

While doing her research she is also trying to figure out Ryan and if they can have anything between them? Bryce her neighbor is also stirring some feelings in her as well.
Can Naomi discover the truth? Will she be able to sort out her love life?

There is so much to this great story. So many twists and secrets revealed my head was spinning. I was in shock a few times, I didn’t see it coming at all. The ending is great and I was very happy with how things were left. Being next to the cemetery I can only wonder if Naomi might end up with another muse someday. If your looking for a great thrilling read with some paranormal experiences and finding love, this is your book. I’m looking forward to reading more from this author and trilogy.

Maggie is the first book in the Maggie Trilogy by Mya O’Malley. It is a very well written paranormal romance. This is the first time I have read any work by this author so was unsure what to expect from this book. I have to say that I was hooked from the very first page and did not want to put this book down. Damn real life for getting in the way and making me go to work wondering what was going to happen next.
Naomi is a writer who moves into a house on the edge of a graveyard. When the spirit of one of the dead people in the graveyard regularly visits her house, Naomi becomes intrigued as to how this young girl (Maggie) died. When Naomi delves further and further into Maggie’s death, she’s convinced that her death was not the drowning accident that the police are saying it was.
There is so much to this story that will take your breath away. There are many twists and turns that leave you reeling and a conclusion you will not see coming.
An important element to the story is Naomi’s relationships. She’s recently split from the dangerous controlling Nick, who she is afraid of. She has been having a relationship with Ryan who becomes more like her best friend rather than a boyfriend. Then there is the gorgeous single dad Bryce who has just moved in beside her who has her heart fluttering just by being in his presence.
This is a fantastic book. The storyline will have you hooked and the characters are so well written. This book sucks you in and doesn’t let you go. I can’t wait to read the other 2 books in this trilogy which are sitting in my kindle shouting to me.

Maggie
Mya O’Malley

What do you do when you break things off with a jealous possessive and verbally abusive ex? You let your best friend set you up on multiple really really bad blind dates. So that is what Naomi did after her split with her boyfriend Nick. Amy sure knew how to pick them and this date was no exception. She escaped and ended up at the bar where she sat next to Ryan, mister tall, dark and handsome. They hit it off over a glass of wine and ended up deciding to meet for dinner. She goes home and decided it's time to start her new book and goes outside to search for inspiration. Her 1700’s saltbox house was close to a small cemetery and that's where she meets Maggie.

The tombstone of a young lady who’s life was cut short too soon at the age of 26. She decides that she is going to give Maggie a voice and tell her story from her own point of view. It would appear Maggie has other ideas for Naomi. When Naomi first moved into her house she noticed shadows and objects moving on her own and it appears so does her cat Zelda. Though it seems that Zelda and the ghost in her home seem to get along. What choice do you have when a ghost decides that you will be the one to bring her death justice? You Listen of course.

I am in love with this book Mya has perfectly blended the supernatural and romance genre’s perfectly I am now on the hunt for more from this author.

Maggie (Maggie Trilogy #1) by Mya O'Malley was a surprisingly fun and very entertaining, thrilling read.

My first read by this author I went in with a open mind and ready to read a gritty tale of trying to coexist with a ghost. This was much more then that. It's a tale of finding the truth, opening up and believing that not everything is what it seems. This book at times had me on the edge of my seat, and at times held my heart in a vice. Beautifully written I could not put this book down.

What I loved the most about this story, is that wasn't solely focused on Naomi's love life. The plot was about Maggie, and trying to find her truth. In doing so, life happened, Naomi finds friendship, and love. But, the friendship for me out shined the lover, because it was a very solid friendship that really made this book something special. Why? because it was done in a way to destroy the love triangle trope. It was the highlight of this book, outside of the amazing plot and mystery.

I'm not going to say anymore about the story, as I don't want to spoil it. So I'm going to leave you with my super high recommendation that you will not only love this book, and its characters, but you will fall in love with this authors writing and the ability to suck you in, jump start your emotions and have you holding your breath, all within a few chapters. I can't wait to see what's in-store in the next book!

Happy Reading

Maggie by Mya O’Malley is the first book in her new trilogy and what a fantastic kick off. Naomi is a writer that attempts to stay open to everything around her, and looks at everything with her writer’s eye, full of curiousity and creativity. Meeting Ryan, she is immediately swept up in him. He is handsome, full of charisma and the perfect boyfriend. But then there is Bryce, the single dad who wants to help her grow and protect her any way that she might need. Nothing like confusing a girl’s love life with two perfect males. And there is no forgetting Maggie. Maggie’s life is a mystery, one that she is begging Naomi to solve. When Maggie begins to invade Naomi’s dreams and her house, Naomi’s life will turn upside down. The ensuing story is full of emotion, romance, suspense and even some funy parts. Watching Naomi lean into Maggie, finding her way through the days leading up to Maggie’s death and finding her own way in her life the story is both uplifting and emotional all wrapped up into one. O’Malley is a new to me author, and I am so happy that I took a chance on this book. The storyline, characters and writing style that she gives to her readers keeps you on your toes from beginning to end. The way that she wove the story of Maggie and Naomi together made for such a great read that I just couldn’t put it down. If you are looking for an amazing author with a fantastic voice than this is one that you need to add to your collection today!

Naomi fell in love with her little house that was built centuries ago, with a backdrop of a cemetery in her backyard. She was drawn to it for many reasons, even some she3 doesn’t recognize. Her life has been a bit chaotic and she finds herself suddenly wrapped up in one crazy mishap after another while trying to navigate her social life. Much to her dismay, her friend Amy convinces her to go on blind double dates over and over, trying to help her to overcome the aftermath of a disastrous relationship. In the course of these adventures, she meets a mysterious man who piques her interest in many ways. He’s kind, adventurous has a lof of life and full of kindness she hasn’t always known. His interest in her life feels just so good. Then walks in Bryce and she’s suddenly trying to maneuver her feelings for both men while tackling her writer’s block and a beloved cat’s antics that have her scratching her head.

What Naomi doesn’t see coming is the appearance of Maggie, the ghost of a young woman who is in peril. She can’t move on, is restless and is in desperate need of peace. In order to find that peace, she’s drawn to Naomi and attempts to get her to help her find what she seeks. Through their interactions, Naomi is faced with a mystery she’s determined to figure out. She’s going to figure it out, even if it costs her the love of a good friend, a budding relationship and oddly enough, some of her sanity.

Through this whole adventure, she’s on, I found myself totally enraptured. The characters are well built, entertaining and have a touch of rawness that makes them so real. I never saw it coming, the truth behind Ryan, what really happened to Maggie and even Nick’s involvement in some of it. I loved how I was so caught up in their story. I felt all the emotions and then some. It’s such a good book with a paranormal spin that added a terrific layer to the mystery. I commend the author for making the paranormal happenings believable and real. I felt an awesome connection to Maggie and Naomi. It’s such a fabulous read!

Maggie by Mya O’Malley is the first book by the author that I have read. The story pulls you slowly in from the first chapter on. It does not start at all like your everyday ghost story so you relax and go with the flow rolling your eyes when Naomi goes to another awful blind date and deals with a horrible and abusive ex.
At the same time, you can feel something creeping in from the side with the objects moving on their own and shadows blinking in and out. I love how Naomi has such an open mind and instead of being weary of the cemetery and all the spirits inhabiting it, she looks at it as a source of inspiration.
The author has an amazing ability to blend the romance and paranormal and I can see how even the ones not believing into paranormal might be thinking “maybe it is possible” if they really allow the story to come alive and be honest with themselves. I love that it is not a ghostly love story but something deeper and more meaningful.
The story keeps you captivating and at the edge of your seat until the last page – I loved the way Mya weaved different stories into the main story, it never got boring or let you down.
I can see myself going back and re-reading Maggie and also reading other Mya’s books.

I give Maggie (Maggie Trilogy Book 1) by Mya O'Malley, 5 stars.

Naomi has found her dream home, an old, small, little place she is happy to call hers. After what she had to go through with ex-boyfriend, she needs the quiet and solitude for comfort and to write her next book. What she doesn't expect though, is that she shares the house with a spirit. This does not scare her, but leads her on a journey she has never expected. What happened to this woman? Can she help the ghost find peace?

This was an exciting book. There is the romance angle when Naomi meets not one, but two new men who she may be interested in. Then there is the ghost, Maggie. Not only do you get the story of her life through her eyes, you go along with Naomi as she tries to figure out if Maggie's death really was an accident. This is not as easy as it seems since there are people who want her to leave it be. The story is very interesting, having all of these things going on in the book, and you will not be bored. The people were great too, I can't wait to see more of them in future books.

This is my first time reading this author, and I highly recommend this book to others who like books involving a ghost, and solving what happened to cause their death.

Maggie is the first book in Mya O’Malley’s Maggie Trilogy. It’s a thrilling ghost story with plenty of mystery and suspense.
Our heroine, Naomi, finally overcomes her writer’s block when a ghost from the cemetery that backs onto her garden starts haunting her. Determined to tell Maggie’s story, Naomi is torn between creating a fictional version of events and uncovering the truth. With spooky dreams giving Naomi and the reader glimpses into Maggie’s fate as the book progresses, we are drawn into her story.
I particularly like Zelda, Naomi’s cat. Zelda plays a hugely important role in the story by first drawing Naomi’s attention to Maggie’s grave, and is always up to various antics. Full of character, Zelda is a great companion for Naomi and a catalyst (CATalyst!) for events.
There’s also a strong cast of (human) secondary characters. I was amused by Naomi’s friend Amy’s unfortunate attempts to set Naomi up with dates. I was entranced by little Holly’s instant affection for Naomi and her father Bryce’s warmth.
For me, this is a four star book. It kept me on edge throughout – a real page-turner. I’d recommend for fans of the paranormal. A great book to snuggle up with on a cold, dark night!

Maggie (Maggie Trilogy Book 1) by Mya O’Malley. This is a creepy mystery that I loved! Its the story of Naomi who has moved into a house on the edge of an old cemetery. Most people would be scared but not Naomi she thinks its romantic. From the very beginning she believes her house is haunted and it makes her want to start her novel. She is led to a grave of a woman named Maggie by her cat Zelda. Deciding that her next novel will be about Maggie she starts to dig into the background of her death. She finds out it was a drowning/boating accident but Naomi doesn't believe that. She also believes Maggie is the one haunting her house and wants Naomi to solve her murder. All the while Naomi meets a neighbor named Ryan that she meets while on a blind date with another man. During her research into Maggie's death she meets Bryce and she's immediately attracted to him. She is so confused about everything happening in her life. Will she solve Maggie's murder so her spirit can be set free and will she choose which man she wants to share her life with. Read Maggie to find out. You will love it!

This is the first book I have read from this author and wow I was blown away. I fell in love with her writing style right away. I love mystery and romance but she has exceeded all my expectations. This is the first book in the Maggie Trilogy and it was a great way to start an addicting series. I could not put this book down for anything. It only took me a few hours to devour this awesome story.

Naomi is an author that is looking for her next best seller. She just can’t find a muse that she is falling in love with. Naomi goes out to do some thinking and she finds herself in a cemetery. She sees a grave that catches her eye and she feels an instant connection with this spirit. Naomi reads the name Maggie and she is intrigued by what happened to her. Naomi finds herself in a love story herself with two men that she can’t stop thinking about. She has the dark and gorgeous Ryan and the hot single dad Bryce. Naomi is torn because they are both great guys but which one is right for her? Also as she figures out the truth about Maggie danger comes to her who can she trust more Ryan or Bryce?

Maggie (Maggie Trilogy Book 1)
by Mya O'Malley

I couldn't put this book down once I started reading. There were twists and turns, and as soon as you thought you knew what was going on there was a twist, it kept me on the edge of my seat throughout. It was interesting and entertaining to see how Zelda (the cat) reacted to Maggie. Naomi was very open minded to the ghost in her house. Although Naomi could be very naive at times she did have a big heart and truly wanted to help. Even though Naomi just got out of a bad relationship she was still willing to let her friend set her up, which turned out to be a very bad date. If it wouldn't have been for that bad date she wouldn't have met Ryan who happen to be at the bar when she was on her bad date. Ryan was very attractive and there seemed to be a connection right away. Bryce and Holly, Naomi's attractive new neighbor and his daughter are two refreshing characters in this story. I don't want to give anything away but I loved this book, there is romance, suspense, and some wonderful characters and I highly recommend reading it.

Maggie, Maggie Trilogy Book One, by Mya O’Malley
5 out of 5 stars

This book had be gripping the edge of my kindle with white knuckles and my heart was pounding. Let me preface this by saying that this is not my normal genre of books. Mysteries and thrillers always seem to get my heart racing, however, this one had more of a paranormal spin with a dash of romance.
I am not sure how i would be able to handle my house and my dreams being invaded with the likes of Maggie, but Naomi, who lives right next to a cemetery, seems to do just that. Maggie is a wandering soul and a mystery that needs to be solved. Maggie and the cat had me rolling with laughter and that poor, poor cat. The romance within this story was just enough that it did not overpower the mystery, yet it did not get lost in the sweep of Maggie. Bryce is one handsome and well to do, overprotecting, so and so who just seems to be in the places she needs him to be in.
This author is fabulous and I adored every last sentence and did not want this story to end. Highly recommended.

Where to start?

I had great expectations for this novel. From the reviews to the ratings, I was sure it would be amazing! Unfortunately, the book was disappointing.

You know, there is young adults books and there is this. I might not have been the target market. I would qualify this book great for anyone between 13-15 years old. It is light, not scary and cliché romance. Every other page, a man will run his hand through his hair (it seems to be a really strong habit among men! ). The main character will think of something and then repeat it out loud, all the time.

There is no real suspense. The main character is quite annoying. Ghosts are something totally acceptable and credible according to this book, just say "I need you to keep an open mind" before and people will believe you instantly!

But I kept going! (you know, the reviews! They all said it was the best book ever!) I finished the book and I was glad it was over.

The End.

Maggie by Mya O’Malley is an eerie romance, mystery that will have you glued to the edge of your seat. The novel follows Naomi and her new found ability to speak to the dead, that haunt the cemetery right outside her door. Not only is the ghost Maggie, haunting her, but also trying to seek justice and closure for her murder. Throughout the book there was a continuous eerie tone, that kept me up all night reading and loving the suspense that it built. As well as becoming more and more untrusting of every guy that suddenly came into Naomi’s life. I did have some issues with Naomi’s self-doubt and the victim blaming she did on herself. No one should feel guilty after going through such an ordeal. Still I really enjoyed the mystery and all secrets unravelling. Fair trigger warning for this book, as it includes domestic violence scenes that may be upsetting for readers.
Overall I gave Maggie 5/5 stars as I really loved the whole tone of the book.

Maggie by Mya O’Malley is the first book in her Maggie trilogy. This book is sure to have to guessing right to the end.
Naomi loves living next to a cemetery. It gives her all sorts of inspiration for her writing. Especially given that she is sharing her house with Maggie, a ghost.
Helping her solve her murder is perfect for her writing, even if it is a little mad at times.
To make her life even more complicated Naomi finds herself between two men, Ryan and Bryce. Not sure who she likes more or if there is anything between them Naomi has to figure things out.
But when helping Maggie turns a little dangerous Naomi might have other things to think about.

I really enjoyed this book. I found it to be gripping. The first chapter grabbed my attention. All the way through I was guessing trying to figure out what had happened and yet the author kept throwing curveballs that left me guessing until the end. Well written and with great characters, this is definitely a book you should read.

Naomi just moved in to what should be her dream writing home! An old house sitting on the edge of a cemetery with graves dating back to the 1700s. It’s definitely a paranormal writers dream! Then weird things start happening and she finds that the house and land beyond is haunted by a young lady named Maggie. Naomi decides Maggie’s story is the next thing she’s going to write and finds herself in serious danger as she digs deeper into her investigation.
She finds herself torn between two seemingly perfect men, Ryan and Bryce. Oh, and also has her ex stalking her!

What will she find as she continues to dig? Will she solve the mystery or die trying? This story is filled with mystery and keeps you guessing as to what is going to happen next. There’s a huge plot twist at the end (but I’m proud to say I saw it coming!) This was an interesting read and I’m looking forward to what comes next in this series.

Maggie (Maggie Trilogy Book 1) by Mya O'Malley is a story that captured my attention from the very get go and I couldn’t put it down until I reached the very end. The author has a way for details that make the story come alive with characters you love. I don’t find myself being surprised by books but this one definitely kept me on the edge of my seat. It’s the perfect mix of romance, mystery and paranormal. Each character brings their own uniqueness to the story making it one of my top favorites for this year. The storyline is so well thought out and paced nicely. I’m going to be adding this one to be read again list for sure. I’m a huge fan of characters who have come from a hard background getting to grown and truly find themselves. I’m giving this story a five star review and highly recommend to everyone. I look forward to seeing what else this author has to offer readers.

Maggie is the first book in the trilogy series by Mya O’Malley. I really enjoy Mya O’Malley’s work. Her attention to detail and story telling ability is amazing. The characters are fully developed and complex which makes it easy to relate to. The story has many subject matters, mystery, excitement, and suspense to name a few. When you read this story, I would keep an open mind. This story has a theme of spirit guides. I loved the story of Naomi. She is a writer that gets her inspiration from spirits in a haunted house. There are also questions about her personal feelings to two different people. The mystery around Naomi is captivating. Will Naomi sort out her feelings and choose someone? Will her story about the spirits become more than a story? One will have to read this book to find out.

Maggie by Mya O’Malley is book one of the Maggie Trilogy. This book is not like many of the other books I’ve read. This is the first book I’ve read by this author but I really enjoyed it!

Naomi is a very imaginative writer and tries to stay open to her surroundings and uses it as inspiration for her novels. Maggie has been a huge inspiration for Naomi and there is sure a mystery to solve. While Naomi tries to solve Maggie’s mystery, she also has her hands full when she meets Ryan and then Bryce. Who knew, after her dating past, that she’d find two great guys.

This book was very entertaining and I couldn’t put it down! I had to know what was going to happen next. It was impossible to predict what was going to happen and how things would play out which made the book even better to read. I can’t wait to read book two!

Maggie by Mya O'Malley is amazingly well written. I absolutely love ghost stories and this one has everything i could ask for. Naomi is a writer and living next to a cemetery gives her lots of writing material. Especially when Maggie starts visiting not only Naomi's home, but dreams as well. So the mystery of Maggie begins. If that wasn't enough, throw in two new love interests and an ex-boyfriend and you have a book you can't put down.
This book grabs you from the first page and keeps you wrapped up the whole way through. I ran through every emotion in this book. The way Mya has written the characters made this story so dimensional and I loved every one. This is a great read by an author New to me. I can't wait to read more by this author.
