Yes! I am reviewing a cheat book on another book. I have never read this kind of books before, but I really was interested in the original book, but didn’t want to slog through it.
It was very much worth reading this book. It hits the main points of the nine chapters and has bullet one line sentence summaries at the end.
The basic gist: checklists are very important in all aspects of work. A basic checklist can save lives and reduce errors.
If you want to understand The Checklist Manifesto, this is a good and fast book to read.
Three stars. (Because reading the whole, original book is always the best.)
This is a FANTASTIC summary of the book, it hones down into the essential aspects! I have read the original book and this summary really does a great job to remind key points and I would think for those who have not read the book, triggers their curiosity.
The book enlightens about the importance of a checklist in our day today activities! Highly educative to people engaged in any field. The author has done enormous in-depth studies for the benefit of every institution and every individual.
Having some general knowledge of the background this synopsis was good enough that I don't feel the need for the extraneous detail. I have always been a fan of this general concept and it's nice to see some empirical data supporting it.
