i take pride in the care i give to my books....but this one ive read so many times i need to replace my copy. i love bess and her temper and tenacity and hunter with his kindness. throw in a villian or two that are easy to hate and what a story you have. im picky about my historical romances but this kne strikes the right balance between being accurate but not giving too many of the less appealing aspects of tthe time. im always a sucker for lovers who find each other no matter what so this is riht up my alley. every girl should be so lucky to have a love like that
