Rate this book
Have you ever wondered how to train your mind? Or maybe you have wondered how to learn more effectively? If even the idea of training your mind sounds like a daunting task, do not worry. This book will show you that learning something and having success is a lot easier than it seems. All of our minds were once blank pages, and now they're full of thoughts and ideas.

We all know that we are born with an innate, automatic ability to learn. You don't have to think about what to do; your body does it for you. This is a great thing and is the reason we can survive. But there are times when we want to train our minds for specific tasks and skills, or even just boost overall performance and make ourselves smarter.

The natural way of learning is the easiest way to have success in almost anything that comes your way. However, if we want to take full advantage of our natural ability, learning how to train our minds can be incredibly helpful and empowering.

The goal of this audiobook is to show you how to be more mindful and aware in your daily life. If you believe that mindfulness is important, then this book is for you. This book offers practical advice on incorporating mindfulness into your life, understanding the value of the practice, and tips for developing the habit so that it becomes a part of who you are. Mindfulness is becoming popular in both mainstream society and among academics. The concept has been proven by neuroscientific research to help people better regulate how they feel and make them healthier.

This is a 30,000 foot view of the many aspects of the mind we have and what we can do to improve the ways it serves us. We cover everything from managing our emotions to improving your memory. A lot of suggestions are laid out, but there is not enough detail on any aspect for you to make a significant shift. It is still very useful as many people are unaware of things that are taking place in the subconscious. The beginning of many pathways in this book can point you toward singling out the strategies that are most important to build the life you desire.

A combination of pop-psychology and motivational messages. A bit repetitive, with a lot of common-sense advice and techniques.

A total waste of time. It really is just a collection of the obvious.
