A wonderful book. It envolves war, battle scenes, captivity inside the hell hole of "Andersonville Prison" in Georgia; escape, and black man helping white men and how we are all equal. The theatre movie of the same name is coming out soon--and I can't wait to see it. "Union Bound" is a stirring story and a wonderfully written book about a horrible time in our country's history. Read it.
