From conformation bias to negativity bias, this book is a thoughtful look at how "we are all connected" and how we must purposely "focus on common values vs differences" if we wish to improve our professional and personal relations.

Although I admit the author was preaching to the choir (me), l took away valuable insights from every chapter. Thank you, Susan. And well done!
