This is a great audio book for beginners. I think some of the phrases may not be perfect like the phrase they use for hungry, I mentioned onaka peko peko deshita and my Japanese teacher chuckled and said that’s a cute expression 😅 but other than that I learned a lot and I like the format and bought the next steps book. I will listen again before my holiday to make sure it goes in!

amazing! such a great way to learn the language! I love that you are learning the pronunciation off a native speaker as well. although I didn't read, I listened, it was the best language course I've tried yet. my hubby is impressed with how much I know and how quickly!
