As a first novel this is outstanding. Within the second chapter I was hooked, and this didn't let up until the agonizing end, (it's not a standalone novel). Very quickly you care about the characters and how they develop throughout the story. This makes certain events even more shocking, as the plot twists and turns.
Very excited to see where the next instalment goes and how Glen further develops 'Emmy & Lady Ophelia'.
Very deserving of 5*.
