There are several "gal" books out there currently and this is pretty typical of the genre. It focusing on Hokkaido and its differences to the rest of Japan is a factor that helps separate it from the rest of the pack. Artwork is pretty normal with flashes of amazing. I am really enjoying the slow rollout of new characters each with characteristics that set all of the others apart yet there are just enough things in common that help to bind them together.

This is a great way to start a series. The main cast currently is small but everyone feels very unique! I can’t wait for the next part to drop in English! Highly recommend this!
