In the third installment of The Dreamers Series you will not be left dissatisfied, as Sydney’s journey only becomes more twisted and agonizing.
After Sydney and Nick are forced to make that fateful decision on that warm August night—the decision to sacrifice their lives in order to reclaim their powers and save Mikey—they are faced with the most difficult situation yet. They are here and Mikey is completely undetectable.
The loss of their only child takes a heavy toll. Years pass and darkness grows, placing a wedge between the seemingly unbreakable Sydney and Dominick. Resentment, fear, and regret begin slithering their way through the already weakened relationship, testing them against something stronger than they have ever faced before—themselves.
Left to carry on without Mikey, everything has finally deteriorated to nothing. They are forced to move on, succumbing to the choices that have brought them here to the Other-side for eternity. With all else gone, they must face it alone.
Sydney finally decides to go back to Dream-world, in a desperate attempt to break away from Nick. She encounters a charming southern gentleman, Brandon. Just as Brandon starts becoming a permanent fixture in Sydney’s new life, a vision brings her to a new realization. Mikey might actually be here on the Other-side.
Forced to run back to Nick, they team up and begin the search for their son once again. But Sydney finds that breaking away from Brandon and the sinister past that follows him won’t be so easy. Her choices have once again landed her in trouble.
Will Brandon ruin Sydney’s chance at reconciling with Nick? Or worse yet, will her choices put Mikey at risk should she ever find him?

I don't know where to start honestly. I have never read a series quite like this one and to be honest it will be hard to find one that is on the same mind blowing level.
Brooklin Skye has really brought Nick and Sydney and everyone else to life.
In this 3rd book Nick and Sydney are dead, they chose to die to save Mikey, who is actually untraceable to them.

I pray the author is not done with this series! Worst book hangover EVER! I was so sad that it was over when I read the last line. Please Brooklin Skye continue this storyline! The characters are all so loveable, and relatable despite their special abilities. I want to see what happened with Heather and Mia's families, as I feel they were left hanging, but over-all what a great story!
