This is the 1st book I read by Misty Shae. I'm sorry I stopped reading this story at chapter 2 because it didn't grab my interest.

I enjoyed this clean Historical Romance. I voluntarily chose to review this story and I've given it a 4.2* rating. This was a little different in that it was told in a man's point of view. It showed so clearly how he has no clue about women. It was also interesting and a little funny to read his thought process. This is Book 1 of a set of 41 Pure Read Clean Reads books by various authors so I'm on to the next.

Twins that are just plain trouble and he has NO idea what to do! They are his sister's girls - but her died and they are left in his care. The lady taking care of them is useles. So he hires a nanny. And she takes then in hand and loves on them!!! AND THEN he realizes the girls are not a problem - but his feelings for the nanny , , , , . . . this is a superb book that I really enjoyed. I received a copy of this book from the publisher. All thoughts and comments are my own.

Great story...
I enjoyed this story of a fellow who told the tale of his life as a young man. Ms Misty did a wonderful job with the, I felt sad, I smiled, I cried, and I laughed out loud! Thank you for a entertaining evening.

God works hard inside us
God keeps at it even when we continually doubt ourselves. Love how the story was written in first person. Emotions of life from experiences were perfectly captured throughout the story.

Sorry, but I just couldn't stand the thick-headedness of Henry. He was way too a-cluistic. It was just irritating. I could not finish it, way too annoying.

A fun read!
Loved the twins! Adored their adopted uncle who was extremely naive about people and life. Thankfully the twins were able to wake him up!

This was such a cute read. I loved how shy Henry was but also wanted to slap him. 😊 It's a good clean story also which is expected (& appreciated by me) from this author. I look forward to reading more by Misty Shae.
