Started off okay, just. The I got to chapter two and it went pear-shaped. First they were on a boat, then there was a fire on another boat and then they were in a house with little to no explanation of the change in scene. Confusion = loss of this reader's interest.

Interesting premise but poorly executed. The writing was jumpy and the characters shallow.
