Love this book. Detailed instuction: what, how, and why.
I do wish conditions were indexed, so it would be easier and quicker to sift through to the desired meditation.
Still a great introduction to Mudras that I reference frequently!

Great book on mudras

I found this book to be helpful and insightful on the subject. However, one or two of the images didn’t match their descriptions. Other than that, it’s a quick, wonderful read on the subject.
