This book tells us how to be the right leader from being a player anywhere like in clubs, offices, and other places.
It is really hard to become the right leader and to be that this book tells the readers that it requires self-sacrificing. "Whoever can decide to take other's growth over your comfort is who can be a true leader" The book reflects repeatably that to be the right leader sometimes you have to put your emotions and comfort aside to correct your players and shift them to the right way.
Yes, it is hard for us to ignore ourselves because, at the end of the day, our selves are the most important people in our lives.
Leaders are required to make smart decisions and make continuous actions, not temporary and self-sacrificing.
This book will guide you to be the right rleader.
