Jackie Rome’s life is anything but perfect. She’s mixing drinks to customers half her age and she’s hadn’t been lucky in the romance department either. One day, she gets a phone call from someone named Dutch who she has never heard of, she doesn’t return the call right away.

Jackie Rome has been estranged from her Dad, Chet Rome, who lives in Colorado Springs and owns a bar, The Rabbit Hole. Dutch works for Chet at The Rabbit Hole and he had to tell Jackie that her Dad had passed away. Chet Rome’s dream was to own a bar and who else to do this but Chet who loves to drink.

Now Jackie Rome is the owner of The Rabbit Hole; lock, stock and barrel with some very big problems. It doesn’t take long for Jackie to find out that her Dad was involved with some very dangerous people. Jackie, also, finds out from Dutch that a man named Ray Wilkerson loaned her Dad $25,000 to keep The Rabbit Hole from being foreclosed. Jackie wonders who Ray Wilkerson is and why he would loan her Dad that much money.

Jackie must decide what to do and who to trust. Last Call keeps you in suspense with fast paced action. This book was amazingly well written and the storyline was so riveting!!
