Out of all of the maid books this was the craziest book! I just wish I could have got even more of a back story.

The writing could use a little work but all in all for a novella it was pretty good.

It was okay. The writing was sub par. The story was pretty good though. It was a novella so I understand it was short but the timing and pace of the book was off for me.

now the way everyone in this book disrespected halo was absolutely crazy to me but anywho.
this book follows halo a single mama who returns to magnolia valley, from jamaica. halo had left due to so may traumatic events happening. she returns to her old job of being a maid at the house of one of her ex boyfriends heze. wht halo didn’t know was tht heze planned this all bcos he couldn’t be w out her. despite her coming back bcos she didn’t have a choice, there’s someone scheming against her all bcos of her traumatic past. maid 17 u need help girlie!!
i’m glad halo got the happy ending she deserved bcos she’d gone thru so much in her life. heze was insane n had a few screws loose, but it his actions were all done bcos of love! a quick crazy story!

MOH: Halo
This was a whole lot of whole lot of…a whirlwind in so few pages! I personally felt like everyone disrespected Halo by how they moved with getting her here. Heze was a man’s man but it’s obvious that he needed to grow up. His loose ends not being fully tied up it’s my biggest problem. Maid 17 was looney as well as Lovely. Halo was stubborn but after trauma I’d be too. I’m giving it a 4.5 cause I feel like I need a few questions answered. It was very chaotic & I genuinely got confused at times. It was a great work all together!

I love how all of these books in this series are stand alongside but kind of tie together. Halo I needed more or her and Heze because they came out of no where and I haven’t hear of either in any other book. I love how you don’t have to question with this story line. This novellet was short sweet and to the point. The way love and wanting can have you binding all while longing is a hell of a way to live. Heze knew he was wrong and better do Halo right.

Loved it
This book had me on edge. Halo went through so much. She was abused and lost her brother and the love of her life. I am happy that Heze brought her back home where she belonged. Robbie's sister was crazy as hell. I am happy that Heze killed her. She actually wanted to kill her own niece. Thank God Heze killed her and can be happy with Halo and their kids. Great Read!

Crazy but beautiful
Heze took crazy in love in another direction.
I loved that they loved each since kids and Heze appointed himself Halo's protector from the beginning.
It really beautiful how the two girls connected from their first meeting.
A great story has to have some craziness and Maid # 17 brought it. In the end Heze got his girl and a whole family.

A little spoil alert
This story is definitely a good read, I’m glad Halo was able to find peace at the end with Heze and their 4 children,Maid 17 is crazy to think that it was OK for her brother to be beaten up on halo and then want revenge for his death glad Heze took care of that, now halo can let her brother rest in peace in and continue living for her family🤗

Good for her
This was a good short story I knew heze was going to save halo good thing he got there in time robbie sister was so dumb she didn't even check to see if the girl had her phone on her and not even watching the surroundings cause heze definitely caught her now she's right where her brother at..heze done created a whole family he was not playing

Tina Marie, oh how I loved Halo, it was the plan for me though. Halo and Heze went through growing pains and from it came a wonderful union. I think Halo is Mt second favorite maid. She had such a good heart ❤️ 💙 💜 🤗🤗🤗

Whew
Okay Halo. When a woman is fed up! Whew that was good. Heze was a hoe but I liked him for Halo. He didn't play about her and tried his best to fix his problems. I liked how this came around full circle. This was really good.

Heze does not play about his Halo.
Halo is back in town, but the thing is, she does not know it is to claim her man. He has already claimed her but just waiting on her to come around. I love they dynamic. Short but fire like the love they have all fire. If you step in the way of it, you will get burned.

Halo’s intent was to return to Magnolia Valley with her daughter, work one year for Maids Of Honor and dip. But, avoiding Heze was a little harder than she thought and her plans may have to take a little detour.
There was a lot going on in this short story. It’s fast paced and full of drama. My favorite character is Rylee and my least favorite is Mazie. If you haven’t picked up this series, I would recommend that you do so.
