Lynn Hall grew up in Sarnia Ontario and after graduating high school attended university in both Vancouver and Toronto. She moved to Winnipeg in the late 70's and it is there that she raised her 3 children. In 2005 she moved to Vancouver and has worked up to just recently and has just retired from a 32 year career.

She has taken up writing Kindle books and to date has published 5. Her first 3 books are cookbooks, including recipes that are easy to make, healthy and yummy. Her new book is on decluttering a subject close to her heart as she knows this is a sure way of reducing stress in one's life. Just released is her book titled Stop Procrastinating Now! She believes all of us can benefit from this.

All meat no filler

Initially when I saw the book took around 20 minutes to read I was put off.

I have to say I enjoyed the book immensely and was glad the information was shared in a useful and concise manner.
