1. Climb up from the ordinary

2. The race begins with one step
- exhilaration of finding your place in life
- significance of a strong start
- incredible influence of a mentor

a. find my arena
b. get started
"believe in the power of one"
"find something in your present to jump-start your future"
"go with what you got"

"Not everyone is your friend." Most people don't want to see you succeed! Why? Because "small" people are naturally insecure and afraid; success threatens them. People are either for you or against you. There is no in between.
